In some 3rd party booking apps is error you cant book this place so i book direct ly by phone. the place have the suites room but its not for sell at the moment the reception said. but once again beautifull place.

Immensely overpriced taking advantage of no rivals specially for location advantage they have, but price is really higher than Istanbul five stars with much better amenities

The outlet has a great lake view. It is highly recommended at snowy weather. Service is good. Enjoy the view with your meal

I have good memories of this hotel from childhood. Therefore, I wanted to stop by on the way to Ankara. I had my dog in the car with me. We were not allowed to spend the night at the hotel. Apparently, the current board of directors don't even allow guide dogs to the hotel. The staff were animal friendly and nice, they were very upset but they couldn't do anything about it. The food was below average.

My review is for the resturant:
The place is very luxurious and the staff are very professional in dealing with customers , the view is breath taking however the food is extremely disgusting (although presented very nicely and professionally) and the staff are not available to serve customers most of the time
Prices are very reasonable for a 5 star hotel
I would recommend visiting for drinks and enjoying the view in a luxurious seating
It reminds me of a hospitals food , no salt, no taste but presented nicely 😂😭

The hotel is newer and more modern than the others around. View is generally amazing. They have swimming pool, hot tub and Turkish bath as well. I liked the food actually, but the service could be better. And price-wise they should definitely consider a review. It's not good to have high prices just because there are few options.
