The location of the Hitti Hotel is decent, close to several attractions and a large farmers' market, making shopping and dining convenient.

The room facilities are a bit old, with a very old, tiny elevator that can only accommodate three people.

Parking is tight. The hotel has a few parking spaces on the street. You need to leave your car keys at the front desk so the hotel can move your car easily. However, there is also a paid public parking lot nearby.

There is no electric kettle; you can get hot water from the restaurant downstairs.

The air conditioner in the room was broken. The staff couldn't fix it and suspected we had used a high-powered electronic device. They rudely searched everywhere, and when they couldn't find it, they said they would fix it the next day, as there were no rooms available for that day. After a stuffy night, when we returned the next day, the air conditioner was still not fixed, and they said there were no rooms available for a room change. The room hadn't even been cleaned; the trash hadn't been taken out, and the towels hadn't been changed. When we asked the hotel to clean, they claimed that we hadn't requested cleaning that morning, and there were no staff available that afternoon—the most bizarre excuse I've ever heard of. In July weather, we stayed in a room without air conditioning for two consecutive days.
