The Life Hotel & Spa in Ankara

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. There was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the room which made it uncomfortable from the moment we entered. Until around 2 a.m., there was loud music coming from nearby places as well as constant road noise. In addition, even the slightest conversations and noises from other rooms and the corridor could be heard very clearly inside our room.
The bed was short. The bedsheets were very old and even had visible holes in them. The carpet was heavily stained and looked unhygienic. The shower cabin door was broken, and the shower area did not appear to be properly cleaned.
After a very tiring day, we ended up having a sleepless night and had to check out early. Since it was impossible to rest in a hotel with no sound insulation, we did not accept the offer of a different room and had to change hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide the necessary support or flexibility regarding a refund for the remaining nights.
Overall, this was far from a relaxing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or rest.
