Room was supposed to be non smoking but in fact people smoke inside and owner opened the windows before our arrival to make it look non smoking

It's okay, the hotel facilities are very poor and the breakfast is very poor.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Pathetic hygiene smelly bathroom due to leaky or old plumbing perhaps. Enough that I puked. The air conditioner wasn't working despite complaining twice and the staff came and set the thermostat but it didn't work all night when the temperature was 32 deg. Celsius in peak summers. I requested to change my room but was denied. The curtains didn't cover the morning light and I woke up in the heat with a headache. Another pathetic thing was the bed. The extra installed bed was broken and I couldn't move the whole night or the bed would fall apart. The fridge did not work it was out of order. And to add to the misery the spa said they would charge 330 for massage but then charged 550 TL . So that was another lie. The hotel just looks nice on the outside and is in the merkez/center of the city in kizilay but nothing about the hotel is right. I felt I was abandoned on the street even after paying 700 TL for a night. If the owner reads this or the managemnt they should consider closing the hotel. No one should ever stay in this hotel.
