Very good. As comfortable as ever. The cleaning lady at the hotel is always very enthusiastic. The front desk at the gym is also very beautiful. The situation is not very stable during this period. Be careful when traveling.

The location is great. There is a park nearby. It is 15 minutes away from the downtown area. You can go shopping. If you are tired, the hotel also has a sauna, which is very touching.

Good service and great, smart and very understanding staff Therefore I recommend it and I hope the price is a bit lower so I can always spend a weekend there.

Rooms are cleaned, me and parents stay one night and its very pleasant. Outside temp was freezing, but inside we feel the warm. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you new park hotel and ayfer - the cleaner.

It was an amazing experience, a great hotel with friendly staff. It is wheelchair accessible, great reception. The rooms and clean and well kept. The facilities are great with friendly staff manning them. The view from the front rooms are great (I stayed in the back rooms).

You really have to be on upper floors here. It needs refurbishment as the rooms are old fashioned, but very clean and everything always works splendidly

Stayed there for more than ten days. You get home like feeling while staying in this hotel. Calm amd quiet and highly trained staff. Specially the cafe staff is extremely helpful and polite. Swissotel has one of the best gyms and spa. No doubt it's the top pick now for Ankara

Room cozy and clean and comfortable. Location not downtown but in safe quiet neighbourhood and only five to 10 minutes to downtown by taxi that is readily available at very good price. Staff very friendly and professional. I love Swissotel Ankara and the hospitality. Will come again for sure.

Wonderful hotel…breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room (615) was spotless when we arrived and stayed that way because Esra, our maid, was so thorough with daily tidying. We were even able to communicate through google translator.

We had a very lovely dinner dining experience at The Greenhouse restaurant. The food was delicious and well presented. Mustafa was professional and friendly, taking the time to chat and ensure my sister's allergy was accommadated. The wait staff were also friendly and helpful.

Its a nice tidy and clean boutique hotel around the neighbour. Room service is nice and cheap, food quality and service is good.

The hotel is filled with great staff. It's a big place with nice apartments. However if you don't have a car it's a bit long to walk to your apartment. There are a lot of apartment blocks, so you need to see which one is closest to the hotel lobby. It does have ironing and laundry service, as well as other services. I came to Ankara for a business, I had to stay one night, I chose this hotel and I want to say that it was amazing, great rooms, great cleaning, complete and perfect breakfast, polite staff. It’s over price and definitely not going to pay again if the price will be the same, the food was not good and not much item for breakfast, and those who worked in Turkish bath, massage and swimming pool were not friendly. The hotel receptionists very friendly and for those who came for VFS this is a good option because of the location except the price.

Interesting design interior and large rooms but not many English speakers (which is ok) often leading the staff to deliver wrong answers rather than none at all (which is not). AC is not very qualitative and the fridge is warm. Nice shower. The room is spacious and bright, no odor, clean and hygienic. The breakfast is quite rich, with freshly made fried eggs and omelettes. There is a barbecue restaurant nearby, musulum kebap, which tastes quite good and is very popular.

Guys, this hotel is not worth it. It's very old and nasty. Everything is very outdated. It's not dirty, but it's just...seen better days. And as for spa - they charge you 150 lira for entrance. 150 lira is not a problem at all, but why can't you just include that to the price of the room? I love the hotel location, so strategies, near public transport, taxi base, food, cafe, salon, school for kids, supermarket, and if you want to walk around, the scenery is best. This hotel is positioned on a high cliff, you can enjoy the view just from your room. Enjoy it!!!

We stayed there for one night during our short trip to Ankara. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. it has a washing machine, fridge and oven. The breakfast was good. The only thing that disturbed me was the old cigarette smell in the room.

The hotel is located near the airport. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The hotel's service is of a high standard, especially Aykan (lobby bar) and Selcuk, who takes care of the main restaurant. I also recommend taking advantage of the SPA offer (the massage offer includes beautifully scented aromatherapy oils).

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for business purposes, and I have always experienced excellent service from the very professional reception staff. rooms are old, the entire hotel is old, it doesn't look like the photos, and it is really bad service. As soon as we got in, they were giving us side eye's and a bad attitude it says that it's kid friendly, but I don't really agree with that breakfast was 5/10. No Cereal, omleat, and the options are pretty tight there are no juices just water tea and coffee which is ok but not kid friendly the air...

Wonderful staff and location and that's the only reason I gave it 4 starts, otherwise the hotel needs a lot of attention. Rooms are old they need some upgrades. We had issue with the heating and they staff swapped the rooms for us, but they provided us with an electric heater which isn't very safe. I would say focus a bit more on the rooms quality.

Great quiet location. All the staff are wonderful, so helpful, friendly and respectful, special thank you to all the lovely reception staff, especially Tuğba, Berna, Selen, and Hüseyin. I stayed here for 10 days in a large apart room with its own kitchen and sofa area. Highly recommend, great value for money and includes a good Turkish breakfast.

Best apartments and service in Ankara. Very kind, friendly and thoughtful people will make you feel like home. Sparkling clean rooms, freshly ironed bed sheets, great views from the rooftop. Superb location in a central and quiet area, within walking distance to a mall and the castle. The most beautiful voices in the nearest mosque. I totally recommend.
