The location is great. There is a park nearby. It is 15 minutes away from the downtown area. You can go shopping. If you are tired, the hotel also has a sauna, which is very touching.

Definitely staying here again upon my return later on this year

Not worthy of five stars, if it is considered a fast hotel, the breakfast is good The equipment is relatively old, the standard room is relatively small The bathroom door does not close tightly, there is serious water leakage, and the handle falls off The sound insulation is not very good

Mid-range hotel located in the city center with spacious rooms, friendly non-English speaking staff and reasonable cleanliness. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need, egg dishes are freshly prepared.

Great location-main shopping street and restaurants are just around the corner. Sound insulation was very good, you won’t get disturbed by the noise. I loved the cleanliness everyone 👌 AC worked very well

Hi Booked my stay at RAYMAR hotel ANKARA 5 days in advance after 5 hours of driving I was told there was no booking, after showing the phone calls the excuse was the person who did the booking no longer worked there, the reception Mustafa was very apologetic and rebooked, the staff needs training urgently in costermer service and costermer satisfaction,

Staff was friendly.Servive was good, especially Yeşim Akar was very friendly and co -opetative.I highly recommend this hotel as it is in center of Ankara and near to Ataturk tomb as well as metro.

Hotels in Ankara, especially in Kizilay area is noisy, especially neighbours can be quite noisy. This hotel was rather silent during my stay

Also, it's a non-smoking hotel but apparently someone in one of the rooms didn't get the memo because the smell occasionally came through the vents. As a solution, I was given air freshener spray

The staff are nicer once you speak Turkish or attempt to. One of the housekeeping ladies was extremely kind and loved her job. She was always eager to help keep the room clean

I wouldn't consider this a Western 4-star hotel, more so 3-star. It has the basics and it's close to Kizilay Square so you have a lot of shopping and restaurant options

The internet was pretty good but the bathroom was very small and the bedding and lighting wasn't the best. Sometimes small rips in the sheets and very dim lights

Towards the end of the stay, the A/C stopped working and was turned off for repairs. All in all, for a short term stay it's not that bad

I was amazed about the staff here. They were all exceptionally friendly and professional and we felt very comfortable. I would again come here. The breakfast is not amazing but good and diverse. Rooms were clean.

Overall the quality is good but you can hear the TV playing in the other rooms and this disturbs you somehow.

Stayed here as part of a holiday tourist package. Tour guide told us the area was a little seedy. I did go out just down the road for dinner - it was oky. The buffet breakfast wasn’t good - not much selection

As someone who has traveled to Ankara many times, I can say that Grand silay Hotel has all the criteria of an excellent hotel, which is my usual choice for accommodation, for example, room service and cleaning, very friendly and polite staff, along with a detailed and delicious breakfast

We had to go many places with our kids and we came here by the train from Istanbul. When we needed a cab, they found us taxis in a couple of minutes which is almost impossible in Istanbul
