Modern hotel, rooms are decent. Room temperatures are too high and difficult to lower, must open window to let it cool down

The hotel was located in the best place I wanted. The U.S. Embassy and AŞTİ bus terminal were so close that we could go there on foot. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view of Ankara. The room was clean, and the breakfast was perfect.

I am coming from Switzerland and had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The hotel is truly beautiful, very clean, and every detail has been carefully considered. I would especially like to thank Ms. Deniz and her team for their attention, kindness, and professionalism. All the staff are extremely polite and courteous.
I would also like to thank Hayal Ebiklioğlu, who cleaned my room; the room was prepared carefully and spotlessly every day. I truly felt at home.
This is definitely a hotel I would love to come back to. Highly recommended.

Beş yıldızlı bir otel donanımı yok,banyo havluları yüz havlusundan biraz büyük rengi gri olmuş incelmiş ve zımpara gibi olmuş böyle havlu kasaba otelinde misafire verilmez ayıptır, çarşaflar,yataklar, yastıklar hepsi 2 yıldızlı bir otel gibi , gerçekten inanılmaz kötü. Ayrıca oda servisinden söylediğiniz bir soda yı bile oda hesabına yaşamayız, peşin almamız gerekiyor diyerek misafiri rencide edici davranışları var. Misafir bir sodanin parasını ödemeden kaçacak ya....

Such a low quality for sleep; hard sheets, bad pillows (but there is a menu you cab order a pillow! So much wow)
A maze of controls for room lighting (too many switches for too many lights)
It was raining and there was water coming into our room from the corner of the windows.
And no privacy in bathroom, at least they could have give some for toilet...
So much money spent on... absolutely nothing in particular.
Service is 5 stars since the people working there were doing everything they could and they were kind

In general, the hotel is pretty convenient! Especially I would like to thank Deniz. She is very smart and well educated employee. Deniz’s English is gorgeous, on top of that, she is very kind and helpful person. I found this characteristics extremely important for this kind of hotel.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Perfect Location, Disastrous Management
The hotel's location and building are magnificent; it's genuinely hard to find another place with this much potential. Unfortunately, I cannot believe that a hotel in such a prime spot can have such poor management. Despite the beauty, the service side was a complete disappointment.
* Chaos at Reception: There was complete chaos upon check-in. Room assignments were mixed up, and the process was extremely slow. Failing to be this organized, even when fully booked, is unacceptable.
* Stressed and Uninterested Staff: The staff were generally uninterested and had a tense demeanor. They seemed more preoccupied with their internal issues than helping guests. This significantly spoiled the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
* Serious Financial Error - Fake Invoice: The invoice issued to us at the end of our stay turned out to be fake/fraudulent. This is not a simple mistake; it's a serious managerial and financial lapse. I must state that we will be pursuing this matter through legal channels.
Conclusion
It is a real shame that a property with such a beautiful building and location is being run by such a weak, uninterested, and chaotic management team. The hotel desperately needs to overhaul its management staff and raise its fundamental service standards.
As it stands, I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel. Even for the location alone, the stress and inconvenience you will face are not worth it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Greenpark Hotel in Ankara, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Almina and Ekin. Their warm, friendly attitudes and genuine willingness to help made my experience truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a smile, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself was spotless, with outstanding cleaning standards that added to the overall comfort. I will definitely be returning to Greenpark, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ankara!

I stayed here for a night while visiting Ankara. The hotel lobby is beautiful, but there’s an unpleasant stench that slaps you in the face upon arrival. The room was clean and the view was beautiful, however there was a pungent smell coming from the shower drain. Unfortunately there is no door to the restroom and the lights don’t turn off, so at night the room isn’t fully dark. Overall, not quite a 5 star as the quality control is lacking, but good if you’re just there to sleep!
