Ankara, Tarihi Ankara Kalesi Necatibey Mahallesi Depo Sokak No: 3, Ulus (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The service is top-notch in Turkey. The renovation of this historic building makes the decor incredibly beautiful. The rooms are also quite spacious, with excellent soundproofing and plenty of amenities. The hotel and valet parking are conveniently located right at the castle entrance. Free admission to the adjacent museum is included, showcasing a wide selection of technological artifacts from various...
Right in front of the castle. Former Caravan Saray converted into a hotel with very good taste. Room has high ceiling and spacious. As we arrived late in the evening, ground floor courtyard was empty and quiet with the subtle water sound. It was so nice to sit there and appreciate the quietness. In our room AC didn’t work from room and had to request the front office to start and stop, which was not...
The hotel is very Turkish with a long history. The hotel museum is great. We spent 2 hrs in it. We had a dinner and breakfast in the hotel, the food is beyond my expectation. The hotel is just next to the old castle, it's very convenient for us. The parking is free. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We absolutely love this hotel.
Everything was perfect, the hotel is superb, carefully decorated and very well located to enjoy the citadel and the museums on foot. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent.
Our stay was delightful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all standard amenities, although it did lack an iron and ironing board (a minor thing).. The hotel's aesthetics - traditional Turkish wooden architecture with intricate carvings and warm tones - created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. A special...
Kahvalt...

The hotel room was good, but there was a cigarette smell coming in the room, which might have been from outside. No free parking, but you can park on the side of the road. Local shopping is nearby.

The hotel is old hotel but the room still look fine There are some things dirty but overall was ok with this price
The reception lady was sooo nice and friendly. The room was clean , quit and exactly like the pictures. The metro station is only 10 minutes away. In front of the hotel there are A101 and Şok. I highly recommend this hotel.
So adorable hotel! We stayed at there for 20 days. It is one the best family and kid friendly hotel we have ever experienced. The breakfast was wonderful. And Isa at the reception is a gentleman he is so kind and friendly.
Excellent hotel with nice location, extremely clean and comfortable. warm welcoming was waiting ahead of us by the friendly staff with great facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody, it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you for the kindness and warmth..

Pros: The staff is very friendly and the breakfast environment is also good. Cons: The facilities are very old. The air conditioner in the room did not cool down and was very hot. Later they said it was fixed. I turned it on for an afternoon and returned to the hotel at night, but it was still hot. They changed our room late at night. It was very troublesome. The mini bar refrigerator did not cool...
It was good location for what I was looking for. Basic hotel but staff was friendly.
We stayed in this hotel for 6 days, everything was good. Thank you!
A good stay in Cankaya The Elit Palas Hotel is a quaint, old-style hotel located in Cankaya. The room was clean and had a small balcony, the staff were friendly and the bed very comfortable. The location was good as it was on a walking street where lots of restaurants and bars are, and is a short walk from a main city shopping street and boulevard. The area is good and to see the major sites of interest...
This is a perfect spot for a short stay: easy to reach, easy to park your car (I parked on the street, there are also "gated car parks") walking distance to a variety of rest/cafe. The staff are kind and willing to help sincerely. The breakfast is adequate both in variety and quality. The decoration is classic, a bit old but comfortable. Bed/linens were clean, bathroom (again old but useful) is hygienic
I liked location and friendly staff. Clean room, good breakfast and safe neighborhood.

The staff was nice but besides that, the cleanliness of the hotel was average; there's a big work to do on that field; the furnitures were dusty, the dining or breakfast area needs to be tidied up and clean as well; the table where I had my breakfast appeared to be left uncleaned for many days. The carpets also is a topic the hotel need to do something about cause it doesn't look neat at all. Beside...
It exudes a nostalgic charm, its altitude being the same as Ankara Castle, offering a commanding view and giving the feeling of living in an imagined Western world from a comic book era. My requirements weren't high; the bedding was changed after each person, which was sufficient. Many of my neighbors smoke, and the washed clothes smelled of smoke the next day. The pictures show the exterior of...
This hotel was surprisingly nice. It was the cheapest option, and the location was incredible. It’s right in the ‘old Turkish’ neighborhood. Things are a bit broken here and there, but it was quite enjoyable for the money. It was worth it.
This was a cozy hotel and 6 minutes away from the Anatolian Civilization Museum. Also 6 minutes away from the town.
Had a great stay at Antik Otel. The location is excellent, close to attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the occasional weak Wi-Fi and slightly small room size. Overall, a charming hotel that I’d recommend!
The price is very valuable for stay one or two nights. The location is near the Ankara castle.

Price & performance on expected level. Only parking is a little bit difficult. But give them the car keys and they organize it for you easily.
Is very good staff and very good service
Nice and quite hotel. Furniture in the room is little bit old. But room was clean (most important for me). Also, check in time is 1pm which is rare for hotels in big cities. Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel spa is clean, good ambience and massage was amazing. Masseuse is from Indonesia, so great massage is definitely promised
Koza millenyum and millenyum house are the same very kind people, helpful and hospitable I’m going to say thank you and god bless turkey 🇹🇷
It is a good place to get professional massage.

Well, very nice hotel with big rooms, clean, personel are very kind and helpful, breakfast very poor, and the big issue is the night clubs and pubs around the hotel, sleeping good at night will be a challenge especially with all the noise, music, people out screaming and swearing and around 5am when they are leaving, honking car horns !!!
Big room for 2 star hotel, clean, service was great. But food for breakfast was poor. And location was ok.

Great mid range place to stay. Very friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Beautiful view of the city on the enclosed rooftop restaurant.
Real Turkish hospitality plus ability to communicate in English. Add good breakfast and large bathroom. Area is not ideal for tourists its real life of locals. But Ankara castle is nearby and mausoleum of Ataturk is in 30min walk.
+ Affordable price, pets friendly, staff
Although difficult for the driver to find, Sahinbey is well-located to access the Museum of Anatolian Civilization and the nearby fort. It is easy to walk to the renovated area near the Haci Bayram Mosque and Temple of Augustus, and other Roman ruins. Best of all are the nearby market and restaurants featuring local food. Hats off to the staff who were helpful and willing to communicate by Google...
A well-located hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is very well located for tourists. It is at the foot of the castle hill, and also also quite close to the Museum of Anatolian Civilisation. Although there were tea and coffee bags in the room, there was no kettle. Also, the bed linens were frayed and torn.
Breakfast for 3, rooms are not the freshest. No English spoken at all.
Not a bad hotel for the money. But they smoke everywhere, even in the corridor near the elevator, although I booked a room for non-smokers...
The hotel provides old, stained towels for a hotel of its category; the buffet is good and has vegan options; I hope they improve the towel service and it will be an excellent hotel!!

rooms decorations, the lobby and definitely the staff
Room was spacious enough and the location is just surrounded by nice kebap and ciger restorants. You do not need to go far to look for a restourant. Price & Value comperasion is very balanced.

Great location, very friendly staff and easy parking
The hotel is located at the heart of Ankara. When you get out of hotel, you're actually at Ankara city center (Kizilay district, Embassies, Bars, Clubs, ...). During my stay here, I enjoyed nice & complete breakfast in comparison to other 3 star hotels. Rooms are big enough & clean but they need to be renovated. Frankly, rooms seem to be old. In my room TV was small (No LCD or LED). And another positive...
We stayed at Etap Bulvar Hotel in April 2015. The location is great. It's near the U.S. embassy (a 15-minute walk), close to Kizilay and shopping centers, and in walking distance from the subway station. The avenue is really cozy with numerous cafes. They upgraded our double room to triple room which was really nice. The room itself was mediocre and dim but he breakfast was perfect for a 3-star hotel...
I was here for a business trip. Staff was friendly and unlike some other hotels in the area, could communicate in English which was a convenience. Breakfast was OK. Hotel's location was good for me, close to Atatürk Boulevard, and easy access to Bus, Taxi, Metro station. There are lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants around. My only complaints are I think it would be safer if they use "keycard" instead...
Large room though could have done with a chair. Small bin which wasn't emptied during my two night stay. Good breakfast. Good location near to Kizilay restaurants and metro.
Great all round! Great location to shops, cafes, bars, transport and lovely bookstalls right outside. Quiet. Really lovely staff. Lovely room. A nice continental buffet breakfast. All for a great price. Very happy with my one week stay.

I've spent twelve days staying here, and I am honestly saddened by the change taking place today. What made this stay so special wasn't just the hotel itself, but the people. We recommend this hotel. For what we wanted it was ideal. Basic but very clean and everything worked. Beds adequate. Air-conditioned, refrigerator and good hot water. Well located.
I liked the size of the room. Which was adequate for two people. But rooms facing the street can be little noisy at dawn. But overall this hotel is good.
Good area, nice comfortable room.
Great hotel Perfect location, close to bus to the airport, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and easy access to all important sites. Quiet and comfortable room with hot water and good WiFi.
Great hotel, very friendly friendly ! Too bad the rooftop bar & restaurant is now closed and that internet stopped working on my last day but otherwise, i had a good stay ! (maybe consider fixing some stuff in the bathrooms to really make it perfect :))

The room was typical, functional with things not properly repaired. Our tub leaked waster all over the floor. The air conditioner was a joke, nonexistent. 31 in Ankara, and the room was, too, even with the a/c on full blast. Breakfast was amazing, with a great spread of food, and the lady kept it well stocked.
Comfortable rooms, great free breakfast, walking distance to the square, friendly staff. Although limited car parking, the hotel staff helps to get the car parked.
This was our second time there. We always feel very comfortable. However, the bathroom and wardrobe are starting to need updating; they're showing their age.
Good location close to train station, room was quiet. Breakfast choice was good but no fruit juice or water to drink. Only street parking is available
Good location, reception staff was very helpful. However, there was NO coffee with the morning breakfast, neither was there any juice. Also, on 2 days we were told there was no water bottles at breakfast table.
The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Although the room is a bit old, it is overall clean. There is a subway downstairs (although I always take a taxi when I go out 😂). The only thing worth complaining about is that I live on the 7th floor, and the wifi in the room is too bad🙃

Central location The staff were nice, the location was good for my trip, but the room was smelling like cigarettes and the neighbours were smoking constantly, so the smoke would enter my room.
The bathroom did not look clean, the walls were thin so there was a lot of noise, the air conditioner was making noise. The reception was helpful, the breakfast options were also average, it was an open buffet option.
Clean rooms, great location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very reasonable cost. for sure I'll stay here again if I go to Ankara again.
Pleasant experience. All good. I cleaned the AC filters before starting it. You need to ask them to clean room. They won't knock your door. You also need to ask for more shampoo and toilet paper. You get too much for the price. Recommended
Nice staff , the locations is a bit noisy in the morning
