Shocked at the reviews, as it was awful and they need serious change
No a.c working. I was told outside temperature affects the a.c. Are you having a laugh ! horrible hard beds no working wifi i wouldnt even stay here if someone paid me.
Room was horrible.
Mr arif is all big fake smiles and then dissapears if any problem arises in my opinion his behaviour didnt seem genuine
It was boiling like a sauna.
Look at other hotels nearby holiday inn, ibis, marriot and others in city centre. This hotel had large rooms but very bad state.
They cant even spell their own name write its royal suite not sweet!
I do not recommend

Small but neat and clean hotel to stay on n city center. Staff is good. Breakfast was delicious.

Great Front Desk agent, The lady was really nice, I don't know her name, but she works on Monday around 9.00Am. My wife phone died, and I did know how I could talk to my wife. She talked to my wife and let me know my wife ok. She is great , and thank you so much for helping me.

Room was spacious enough and the location is just surrounded by nice kebap and ciger restorants. You do not need to go far to look for a restourant. Price & Value comperasion is very balanced.

Our saviours!!! Lol After trying to book a hotel in Ankara over the phone we were advised we couldn't as my partner and I are not married. We contacted another hotel who said it would be ok. We arrive in the dark and rain only to be told we couldn't stay as we were not married!!!! They advised us to go to this one , thank goodness they did. We got a suite for £44 plus free Turkish breakfast. There is a taxi stop right outside the hotel. We had a nice evening meal that was reasonably priced with live entertainment. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the window was broken and we couldn't shut it properly so could smell cigarette smoke from outside. For non smokers this was unpleasant. People were also smoking in the restaurant in the evening when we were eating dinner.

A very clean hotel, safe, reasonable price, includes quality buffet style breakfast, close to area with restaurants, near taxi station, buses and walking 10 minutes you can go to the nearest metro station. I recommend this hotel 🇹🇷 the reception guys are very educated and they help you.

My contribution to improving your hotel would be to improve the drainage level of the water that seeps outside when using the shower, just that observation.

İn all other aspects it seems to me an excellent hotel, i would definitely return in my other stays in ankara.⭐😊

The hotel is newly renovated, very clean and well maintained. The owners are family run. A real family hotel.
