Overall ok but with some clear missteps e.g. The floor under the bed hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Dust bunnies the size of hamsters.

First of all Mehmet's interest in conversation was perfect👍 Miss Humeyra also smiles 👍 The rooms are big, comfortable, quiet, nice, I tried a good sleep. Thanks also for the food and treats Mehmet Bey 👍 The concept, width and comfort of the rooms from the reception are exceptional. I would choose it again and highly recommend it. Cozy, like home.... 👍👍👍

The worst hotel I ever stayed at It's dirty dusty unclean and nothing works here and there ıs barely any light

The welcome was amazing lovely staff and beautiful reception, but it went downwards. The room was big but there was no curtains just a basic blind. The sheet was ripped. Only 1 cup and no glasses. The internet was very poor.The location was good for a walk into town centre and a look around. We found the only bar in the town as no alcohol in the hotel. Breakfast on Sunday was great Breakfast on Monday very basic. But again wonderful staff on duty at breakfast time. After a day out on Monday we returned to find the room had not been cleaned.

Very nice hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff and manager of the Demosan Hotel are very good. They took good care of us during our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange event.

For the price you pay it's good.
I was here in the dead of the Winter, so maybe the experience is different in the summertime.
But when I was there it was like a big ghost hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The best about my stay here was the breakfast buffet.
I also tried to go for the spa department, but I couldn't even find it and I even asked for directions. I walked down 2 floors in complete darkness before I got to scared and ran up again😂
Big rooms, great breakfast. Abit run down interior.

bad i spoke in english to get information about the pool and they hung up. This is not how you deal with customers!! unacceptable 👎🏻 if you work behind the counter you also have to master english instead of hanging in the face of your customers 😡
