This hotel is truly worth recommending! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the location is very convenient – close to the city center with easy access to public transportation. But the biggest advantage of this place is definitely the staff. MRS ESRA at the reception was incredibly helpful from the very beginning of my stay. Thanks to her kindness and professionalism, I felt completely at home.MRS ESRA always answered my questions and gave me great advice about what to see in the city. Such hospitality is really rare! If I come back to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Location of the hotel was great. Foods and meals were so delicious and varied. Food and beverage services chief Mr. Akın was so polite he asked us do we need something or else all time. Rooms were also very hygienic and light and it has balcony. There's a pool and 2 water slides and the hotel has it's own seashore, sunbeds and umbrellas. For after dinner they have two signers and their voices and stage performances are great. I advice this hotel to everyone.

I highly recommend the hotel for holiday. The service is cordial, attentive and helpful. Clean room, clean pool, comfortable beach, very good breakfasts. I rested with my daughter, thank you and greetings from Krakow!

The position is great ,the food is good but the rooms are very basic with no accessories, the beach is private but still outside people can come and stay on the beach,there are also many people selling stuff, so is pretty crowded and noisy. i would say that is not a hotel where to go for relax is a hotel for families, should not be considered as a four stars hotel.

Hotel is greatly located right on the beach. It’s very well maintained and wonderfully furnished ( high quality furnitures). The staff is unbelievably polite and helpful whatever you might need. Animation is present but they never overdue. Sunny people indeed. Good is great and tasty !!!

I definitely don't recommend this hotel. Just waste of money and time. No attention to customers. I couldn't find anyone to solve the bug problem. There are insects everywhere. Also not worth to money.
