The services are very poor in this hotel and I am sure that the hotel is supposed to be classified as a three-star hotel.

The property was very quiet. Not too many guests. I guess it could be the low season.

The environment is very good. The service is even better. The lady boss enthusiastically took me to exchange money, which saved me from the embarrassment of taxis that only accept cash. There are people nearby who come to travel and see hot air balloons. The restaurant environment of the hotel is also good👌

We checked in 2 days ago. The room temperature was 30.5.we called the front desk and was told that they cant do anything because it is centralized.
I asked other guest I met in the elevator they said they hve AC
