office work. No carpet, I prefer for hygienic reasons. The bed for myself was too soft and very warm. But that's personnel taste.
Breakfast, from all 3 big hotels I have been in Konya, is the best. A huge choice from buffet or fresh made in the kitchen.
Worst in the hotel, from my point of view, was the English speaking ability of the service employees.
Nevertheless, I will choose it again for my next trips.
2-Room standard is good, bed is uncomfortable.
3-Kitchen staff do not adhere to hygiene and food safety instructions.
4-When serving food they don't listen to your requests well.
5-Room cleaners do not complete missing items such as towels, slippers, and ear clean.
6- FINALY, The only one lady names NISA , she has help everyone, especially the tourist people because she only one of the staff speak multi languages ( English language) .
