Ida Natura Life Style Otel Kazdaglari in Akcay

We found İda Natura Life Style through online research and made our reservation directly by phone. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Ali, on the phone. He was so friendly, attentive, and communicative that I was honestly surprised and delighted, as I had never experienced such a level of communication during a hotel reservation before. When I called again after the reservation to get location information, he addressed me directly as "Mr. Hakan," and the fact that they had saved our number and communicated in this way truly showed the value they placed on their customers.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were first greeted by Ms. Saadet. She was so cheerful, friendly, and attentive that from the very first moment, we felt like we were in our own home, not a hotel. I would like to thank her again for her attention and friendliness throughout our stay.

We stayed in bungalows. The room size was quite sufficient for our family, and overall, we were satisfied with our stay. I would like to specifically mention that when evaluating this place, our expectation was not a luxury resort hotel, but a peaceful place surrounded by nature where we could spend quality time as a family.

I think one of the biggest advantages of Ida Natura is that it's truly a family-friendly place. Especially for families with children, it offers a much different and more enjoyable experience than a typical hotel vacation. One of the things our children enjoyed most was the animals on site. Being able to see horses, chickens, cats, and dogs up close, and spending time surrounded by nature, was very valuable to us. A small dog named Badem became our son Musab Kerem's best friend throughout our vacation.

The resort's connection to nature, its green spaces, tranquility, and the fresh air of the Kazdağları Mountains are already huge pluses. We came here especially for the clean air, and let me add that in the evenings it's so cool we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. As a family from Istanbul, we were amazed by this.

I had read some negative reviews online. Of course, everyone's expectations and idea of ​​a vacation are different. However, I think when evaluating this place, it shouldn't be viewed as a 5-star luxury resort, but rather as a warm, friendly, and family-oriented facility nestled in nature. This was exactly what we expected, and therefore, overall, we were absolutely satisfied.

If I were to add a few notes for improvement; I think the variety of hot items at breakfast could be increased. Currently, only eggs are available as hot options, which could be improved in terms of variety. Also, the wooden door leading to the bathroom is a little difficult to open and close, which is a minor issue. It's probably a small problem that can be solved by greasing it.

We would like to thank the entire team, especially Mr. Ali and Ms. Saadet, for their attention and hospitality. It's a place we would confidently choose again when we return to the Kazdağları region.

My wife and young daughter and I stayed in a bungalow for two nights in August. The hotel's landscaping and atmosphere are heartwarming. There's a small pony in the garden, and two puppies came while we were there.

It's close to Akçay, so you can have dinner in the mall-style restaurants on the main road.

On the other hand, Kızılkeçili Village, on the road to Hasan Boğuldu Waterfall, is located at the foot of the Kaz Mountains. From there, you can easily reach the surrounding tourist attractions. We visited Şahindere Canyon, an old Greek village, and Hasan Boğuldu Waterfall. We also took a day trip along the Akçay coast. Breakfast is accompanied by a stunning view from the terrace of the main building. Olive trees stretch like a carpet from the foothills of Kaz Mountains to the beach.

The staff is generally attentive and helpful. Breakfast is adequate. One hot egg, omelet, or other similar dishes, is provided. There was also a poppy seed paste, which we tried for the first time.

Overall, we were satisfied.

We were looking for a clean, centrally located place to stay, so we chose this hotel this year. It's great that you can drive to Akçay Beach in just 5-6 minutes.

We didn't stay at the hotel during the day; we were mostly walking around, but the beds were clean and comfortable.
We stayed in a family room, which was a decent size. The TV in the room was very small; I would have liked it to be larger.
The terrace has a great view for breakfast. The breakfast items were also adequate, but the portions were a bit small for our liking.

The reception staff were also helpful and attentive. We didn't experience any issues with the internet connection speed or disconnections.

We went in the wintertime and it was a really cute and cozy experience. The grounds are absolutely lovely - they have cats, dogs, and a donkey. The staff was really welcoming and gave us free drinks when we checked in.

We had a perfect weekend with my wife. We chose Ida Natura Bungalow when we first came to Kaz Mountains. It was better for us that the location was in a central place, very close to the village. The room was very clean, the air was very nice, we had plenty of oxygen. We spent two wonderful nights in silence, getting away from the intensity of city life and resting our minds. We woke up with the chirping of birds in the morning. The breakfast was sufficient and very delicious. As soon as we sat at the table, our service was opened and Mr. Uğur talked about the breakfast products one by one. All of them were very natural and very delicious. We were amazed by the attention of Mr. Uğur. He chatted and gave us information about places to visit. We loved his attitude towards us :) Having such good people taking care of us made us feel very happy and special. We felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. The shower water was hot and we did not feel cold at all. The air conditioning was sufficient to warm the room. We loved the Kaz Mountains and the Ida Natura Bungalow Hotel. If we come across the road again, this will be the first place that comes to our mind. I hope we have the chance to meet again, thank you for everything :)

The animals that really make you feel at the farm are very sweet, especially the love of the new mother Caramel is different 🐶🧿♥️ But it would be unfair not to mention the problem, the dinner options are very limited, when this is the case, your accommodation time is seriously interrupted, so close to the forest at the foot of the Kaz Mountains and when you don't have the option to eat out, you can get tomato, cucumber, onion as a salad; When cheese is placed between dry bread as toast, and an undeserved fee is asked on top of it; It is very difficult to think of staying in a hotel long term. However, if there is a choice of olive oil dishes, soup and a rich salad suitable for the ambiance, you can stay with pleasure even for 1 week. If I were the operator, I would definitely point out this problem and have permanent guests. Besides, the breakfast was quite sufficient and delicious.
