We had a wonderful family holiday in Küçükköy. We stayed with our family of four and were truly satisfied. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we felt right at home

It's a truly wonderful place to relax, quietly and peacefully. The staff is also friendly, sincere, and very engaged. Emre Bey took excellent care of us, and we're grateful for his efforts.

It is a quiet, peaceful place full of trees. The room we stayed in was on the top floor and Cunda, Ayvalık, the sea and olive trees could be seen very clearly from our balcony

In addition, the smell of the bathroom and toilet was constantly felt in the room. (Although we left all the windows and doors open). In short, this hotel could be great for you, except for the top floors

The employees are friendly, attentive and caring, we were pleased with all of them. Yes, there is a water shortage in the region, unfortunately, but this is definitely not related to the hotel

It is not something the hotel has control over, but unfortunately the water tank could not actively supply water to the floor we were on. We were a bit victimized in this respect

The breakfast was also very nice, as it should be. In short, we were pleased, we did not experience any problems other than water cuts during our stay

Rooms were big enough, beds / beddings were comfy, clean. staff was very nice & kind and food was delicious. However, room service was not good

Delicious Meals, cute service team, breathtaking views, warm atmosphere. If you like swimming this is one of the best beaches in Ayvalik. Peaceful lovely beach and very good music

I'm a Turkish speaker, so it was easy for me, but this is mostly a vacation spot for Turks, so English is not so common. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. Lovely poolside breakfast buffet

The chef and his assistant again never to much trouble to do you a cuppa, serve beer, etc and our whole experience has been great we enjoyed a much needed relaxing break from home and icing on the cake was our daughter and her husband also joined us for our 2nd week! Late at night arrival and only guests in January. Lobby is very inviting with large beautiful aquarium. Front desk Peter was helpful and courteous. Hot tea and coffee was available as compliments

They did arrange an early taxi to come to the hotel to take me to the bus terminal. The taxi was able to get there as tables were not set up in the normal road, which happens later in the day

This Historic Hotel was perfect , location was so beautiful, the courtyard was something out of a romantic novel , the food was delicious , , our Host was so charming and welcoming we could not have wished for more ,it was a dream destination,Perfect Place

Ayvalik is so precious in the increasingly commercialized Türkiye that it still retains the warmth and affection of the old Turkish and Greek communities from decades ago

Fridge did not work in room, but I was able to use the main fridge. Initially difficult to find as taxis do not come there, but manager came looking for me

The place is amazing overall in terms of location as it is near the sea coast and there are lots of cafes, bars and shops around

YundAntik is just steps from Cunda Taksiyarhis Müzesi (the church museum) and because of the charming narrow streets in this part of town it was easiest for our taxi driver to drop us off and pick us up by the back corner of the church

YundAntik is a charming inn in the center of Cunda, steps away from the old town center and waterfront. We spent a Saturday night here in transit from Lesvos to Istanbul, and wish we could have stayed longer

YundAntik staff are very pleasant and helpful and the owner, Canan Fergana (who speaks English), was over the top in helping us find and arrange transit options to Istanbul Airport

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel with my family in October 2021. We enjoyed with the stay. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located on the beach and away from restaurants and cafes. The staff was helpful and kind.

About customers, they were mostly families kids and elderly. If you are young, this would not be the best fit for you. There are not any fun night activities and only a limited alcohol selection with poor bar options

Friendly staff, tasty food and clean decent place to stay in this area. Lovely comedy crew entertain during the day and night. Comedy crew perform games for kids and comedy plays/shows for everyone afterwards

Running through the corridors, banging on the doors, shouting, making mess in the restaurants, by the pool, no sleeping at nights. And it seems that they are here for the entire summer

I recommend the hotel, but if you want some peace and quiet, first check with the reception if the children went home

The contracted beach was good, it doesn't even take 2 minutes within walking distance, they didn't charge for sunbeds and umbrellas if you ate or drank something. Which is already eaten and drunk on the beach

The grounds were gorgeous and the blooming jasmine everywhere smelled so great. The pool was not heated so we didn’t go in but it was clean and looked great. The plantings all around the property were gorgeous

10 minutes drive and you are there, beach is very good, shallow and good for kids under the shadows of huge olive and pine trees. Prices: Neither hotel nor the restaurant is cheap

It was a nice small hotel. The rooms were large enough for 3 people. The breakfast service on the terras rooms was amazing. The staff was very nice. A good hotel to stay for a few days at Cunda.

Apart from these, I don't even need to explain the room, it is cleaned while you have your breakfast. Their food and desserts are very good. It is definitely one of the hotels to go to in Cunda

Enjoyed the local bazar and festivals in Ayvalik and Cunda. Our flight was late evening, Mr Ali asked us to feel at home and to check out at our own convenience. Turkish well known hospitality at its best

The drive from airport to Hotel took nearly 40 minutes. We realised once we reached the island that most hotels were closed and that me and my wife were the only tourists in Cunda Island as well as the hotel itself

We booked in a low season just 1 night before our check-in. The airplane reached Edermit airport around 8pm and instantly we received a msg from Mr Ali from Cunda Essen Butik Otel confirming our whereabouts

Make sure you approach the hotel from the east. The streets beyond the hotel are so narrow a large suv will not pass between the house walls . Lovely stone hotel. Nice sized room and bed. Great breakfast.
