Mola Cunda Hotel in Ayvalik

This is my second time staying at Mola Cunda and I loved it even more this time. The Hotel's location is in the busy heart of Cunda, but when you step in you feel taken away to a private island. Calm, beautiful on the eyes and relaxing is the vibe. The team is absolutely supportive and the food is amazing. It deserves way more stars and is one of the best hotels on Cunda.

I think it is one of the nicest hotels on Cunda Island, conveniently located not too far from the main town center. Rooms are good, the garden and pool area are very pleasant and tranquil (until the children show up), and the service is good. I think it is a bit overpriced for what you get, but options are limited, and it is a summer destination. If I were to stay on Cunda again, it would most likely be here.

Brilliant hotel, great location, decor and facilities with a fabulous layout especially around the pool area. Two storey hotel, beautifully furnished and great attention to detail. We had a great stay so thanks very much. If I lived in Turkey I’d visit a lot.

For a 3-star hotel, it's quite nice. The rooms are clean, though the shower cabins might need a bit of an update.

The ground-floor rooms don't have anything resembling a balcony, which makes drying things a bit hard.

The breakfast is very sufficient, and the staff are excellent.

The area around the pool is very peaceful and cool.

The path to the beach is challenging. Prices are expensive compared to nearby beaches. As of September 3, 2024, a hamburger was 600 TL, and even a simple 50cl Tuborg beer was 300 TL.

A lovely hotel that I can recommend for a family or a couple.

Great experience, great pleasure to stay at Mola Cunda and love the content of the breakfast. Rooms are celan and modern. It s very close and walking distance to restaurants and places at Cunda Island.

We had a wonderful experience at the Mola Cunda! The hospitality of the staff is second to none. They will go out of their way to making the experience special for you. Halil and Semeg (I’m sure this spelling is wrong) went out of their way to help us with childcare and Egeg was always ready with suggestions for dining and tourist suggestion. The grounds are well maintained. When we were at the hotel, we were always lounging by the pool or having tea outside. Finally, the breakfast (and all of the food!) is fantastic, particularly if you are visiting from outside of Turkey and want to experience Turkish breakfast + all of the restaurant staff were super accommodating. The hotel had installed solar panels and I think that may have impacted the AC in some of the rooms. As soon as we mentioned that our AC wasn’t working properly, they immediately moved us into a different room seamlessly. Just another example of how responsive they were to ensuring a great stay! Things happen at a hotel but the staffs response to it is what makes it special. We would stay here again!

The hotel Mola Cunda is one of the best in Cunda island.
The quality of 4 star hotel in room style, furniture, food and beach facilities and the staff are very nice and helpful.
The main echo was the beach as it’s 20 minutes far from the hotel in a not paved way. I don’t recommend anyone to go by his own car unless you have a SUV car. Also the beach is clay not sandy and there are some huge rocks, you should take care while playing in the sea water.
Let’s say it’s a nice trip you shoud try.

Absolutely stunning place. Staff were incredible. So friendly. So efficient to everything. Rooms were clean. Amazing experience. Can't recommend this place enough.
