Where to stay in Ayvalik

We stayed at the Grand Temizel Hotel in Ayvalik for one night as part of an RSD Travel package. Overall, I’d rate it 3 stars rather than 5. The hotel was very quiet, which was expected as we visited out of season. We were told this is mainly a destination for Turkish holidaymakers in the summer, which made sense as there isn’t much around the area to attract international tourists. Pros: The food...

A bit old hotel, but well-kept. Many nice amenities, but we didn't get to use them. A large dining hall and nice selection for breakfast. Room was not modernized, but modern enough. Didn't feel it was small. Nice small balcony as well. Looks like a lot of tour groups utilize the hotel. If I revisit the area, I would revisit the hotel.

Definitely not a European 5 stars standard. The reader randomly detected the card to turn on the light in the room. The air conditioner did not work properly, the room was very stuffy. The window was closed due to the sweetish fetor floating outside. Hotel clean, food good and wide choice. Nice beach and swimming pool with sun loungers.

Friendly staff, tasty food and clean decent place to stay in this area. Lovely comedy crew entertain during the day and night. Comedy crew perform games for kids and comedy plays/shows for everyone afterwards. We had good time on our stay.

Very good hotel, perhaps pool beds need a little refreshment, otherwise everything according to the price. But! The hotel is full of children, age 12 to 15, and I mean hundreds of them, some kind of sport or school vacation. We stayed at Haliç Park Hotel recently, all inclusive consept, food is very good ,staff are very friendly very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed staying at This sea front hotel. Don't be fooled by the 5 stars on the door. 3 is enough. The sea and beach are mediocre compared to Sarımsaklı beach. Hotel cleanliness is inadequate. Too crowded. In my son's words, it's like a social facility. The room they sell with a price difference as a sea view room has nothing to do with the sea. Disappointment.

Congratulations. It was very good after the negativities we experienced in the previous hotel. The animation team is good, the employees are friendly and active. Empty plates and glasses on the tables are taken away immediately. The vacant table is cleaned and service begins immediately. The only problem is the wind is cold because it is in the throat. My vacation at Olivera Hotel was amazing! The food was good, the staff was so friendly and kind, the sea is next you, the pool is next to you. Amazing, I loved it! I will visit it again for sure. Recommending!! Plus I made some friends there with the guys form the stuff.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast. It looked like parts of the property and room was under maintenance. Parking area was unpaved - limited space and uneven ground made it hard to park.

Believe Me... This place is perfect!!! Just 5 minutes you can reach to cunda adası (center) by your car/motorcycle , there have small bus as well which is every 10 minutes pass by in front of this hotel... Our room was Göknar,top floor. We were three cousins and room's toilets have been bit of a nightmare. It was separated by wooden bars ,therefore zero noise and smell isolation. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been! Detailed and sophisticated in the design with spacious and clean rooms. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and cozy. The performance exceeded the price. We congratulate Mr. Ertan, who single-handedly managed everything. We don't understand the negative reviews about the breakfast. We stayed there from August 16-18, 2021, a family of four including two children. The hotel's location is fantastic; you're right in the heart of Cunda Island. The view from the breakfast terrace is superb. Breakfast was a daily treat with surprises. This will be our go-to hotel in Cunda from now on. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
