This hotel cancelled my booking a week before my holiday even though I had paid in full. I had a fraud problem with my visa card, so the only solution was to pay by booking bank account. I explained the situation to the hotel with a proof of payment to the hotel and Booking did the same. Reaction: no response and they cancelled my booking. That says a lot about the personality of the managers. And I can see from the comments that I'm not the first person this has happened to. In short, if you fall in love with this pretty garden, make sure you have a back-up solution.

We have spent a lot of time finding the right place for our vacation but at the last moment after texting the hotel we understood this hotel is not pet friendly. Would you please revise your website and data ‏if there is a change? Visitors trust the information on the website, so if they are not reliable it could be very confusing to book a hotel. A beautiful place in the middle of the nature. The owner, Berkay, is very friendly and helpful. So is his staff. Rooms are very clean, service was excellent and the location is perfectly at a pleasant distance from all the fuzz. We enjoyed our 3 day stay here and will definitely come back.

The building is new, the rooms decorated normally , breakfast was enough, it is near to the city center, almost 300 meters far away

When we arrived at hotel, we had a nice sourprise - the receptionist said our reservation was canceled by the owner. With no explanations, of course, after 6 hours of driving, we have to start looking for another location... Why he didnt cancel our reservation before we arrived there, I really dont know. A day before we asked if we could pay cash upon our arrival and he answered that there was no problem and he wished us a pleasant journey.

The hotel staff was very attentive. When you walked in the room smelled wonderful. Everything from the towels to the bedspread on the bed, the bathroom, etc. was spotlessly clean and sparkling. There is no parking problem either. It is within walking distance to the center of Cunda. I congratulate the hotel manager. When I go to Cunda again, I will look at this hotel first. Thank you.

Wonderful little hotel in Cunda island, Ayvalik. It’s amazing to wake up in silence, with only birds singing, among greenery and birds singing. The staff was very polite. Very clean premises. Private parking for a few cars but nearby you can find plenty of parking space. The garden was super cute and relaxing, we enjoyed amazing breakfast there! Internet was a bit shaky and the road leading to the hotel was a dirt road but these are the only downsides I can think of. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the central part of the island. I definitely recommend visiting this hotel and Cunda island!
