I stood here for four nights. Let me say that this hotel is quite amazing. We did experience some problems with my stay, but it’s all OK. Fine. The service is good. Breakfast was great. Overall room is fine. The facilities are standardized so in a nutshell, I would give it about eight out of 10 and we can stay over here and it can really do the job so I would recommend it.

EMIR at the reception on day 2 was the person who was my saviour. Even after being a member they gave me a room which had a horizontal bar across the view, right besides the elevator. The airconditioning in the room wasn't working and the person on the reception Mr Tarik was very rude on the phone. Real five star. Cookies at reception, tea coffee bar in rooms, swimming pool, gym, room, spas and most importantly the service. All were great. We stayed there for 10 days and loved the location. There is a local high street and lots of markets cafes, supermarket and shops. Next to metro station too.

The room were allocated to us was big, clean and had comfortable bed. We had non-smoking room and it was quiet as requested. The open buffet breakfast time was reasonably good. Staff are polite and helpful

I do not recommend this hotel at all although it is good location and room but the people in reception and security guards are unprofessional at all in dealing the guests specialy on the entrance they do not allowed food and drinks to force you to buy from their resturant ,this is the first time I face that!!!!! They have to put professional people in these locations .

It's about a 1.6km walk from the Tuyap exhibition area. Taxis from this location tend to take roundabout routes, and breakfast is expensive and very mediocre; it's not as good value as the nearby Hilton Garden Inn.

It completely fails to meet five-star standards. The breakfast selection was limited, the rooms were small, and the internet was slow. The only redeeming quality was the excellent service from the staff.

Stayed during the exhibition. It was close, you can walk to the exhibition hall, and there is a shopping mall nearby. Hygiene: average, there are water leaks. Service: OK. Facilities: leaky floor. After the 6.2 magnitude earthquake, the environment: earthquake resistance is OK, there are many aftershocks this time.

considering it's cheaper than the other hotels in that area, it's not bad at all if you want to get just a room to sleep at night. Easy access to a lot of things. One thing I really needed is the Iron for my clothes which they didn't have

The hotel is generally nice, clean, rooms are big and spacious but the shower hose in the room we stayed in was too short and the electricity went out close to check-out time on that floor, which was a problem. Also, I would have preferred the check-out time at this hotel to be 11 or 12 instead of 12.

It is best not to book this hotel. The sheets are dirty. The worst thing is that it is very noisy at night and I can't fall asleep at all.

This hotel should be the most cost-effective hotel during the exhibition. There is a parking lot. There is a square not far from the hotel that you can walk to. There is a restaurant that serves Chinese food and you can walk there. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the exhibition by taxi. It is very convenient and cost-effective.

The hotel room is not big but it has everything. It is close to the attractions and it is very convenient to go out by boat. The restaurant where you have breakfast can see the sea view.

Good hotel and staff so helpful and gently, all rooms clean and I recommend to select it as residence.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the AC stops after ten minutes which requires you to press the remote each ten minutes. Beside that there are no other problems and hotel staff is friendly and welcoming

Very clean hotel but the room is very small and there is no restaurant, and the breakfast is the same for 15 days.. and you have to pay 50 turkish lira for any guest visiting you even for 10 minutes

My stay was amazing here. Came for business purposes for 3days. Hotel staff was so nice and polite. Rooms were clean and very quite. I was next to the busiest road in istanbul but upstairs there was literally no sound. I liked it very much

Almost a 3 star hotel. Location is very good, steps away from the bus station. Has running hot water and there is a shower in the room. But they did not have a towel! The rooms were run-down and cramped, with no adequate air conditioning. The rooms smelled of sewerage and there was cigarette smoke in them. We were on the attic floor, which was unusable because the ceiling was too low. The cleanliness was barely adequate. On the other hand, the staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room is close to domestic express hotels and is relatively small, but it is surrounded by the seaside, where you can eat, drink and have convenient transportation.

I am a heavy traveler around Europe especially and the room received here was the dirtiest I've seen in my life. There was cat hair on the bed sheet, the bathroom was dirty and there was mold all over the place. Hot and cold water pipes are reversed: you flush the toilet with hot water. Looks like 2nd floor of the build is old and not maintained. We asked for another room but they refused us. Too...
