Really bad experience very dirty room very dirty bad bad customer service they’re lying all night Noise and scream electricity Gone three times in one day
Change my blanket because it was really dirty smoky room. The wall was dirty overall not recommended for even as a normal worker is not recommend

Hotel changed hands...ill give it 2 stars, it seems cleaner but i used to enjoy the massaging center there, they removed it. What a loss.

Friendly hotel staff, very comfortable, I felt at home during my stay, I recommend it, it was very successful, thank you very much to all the hotel staff.

Dirty hotel with cockroaches everywhere. We complained about that but no action was taken. Stay away from this hotel.

The hotel was dirty . The plugs didn’t work, it was cold because they were stopping the heating , the sheets were dirty, the drains in the sink and the showers were blocked so you couldn’t take shower. The tv was not working . The staff was pretty rude and not helpful when we asked for help so many times . We left early .

Good staff but environment I give 5 out of 10. As a whole not bad experience. Shireen is nice lady and girl on Turkish bath russian big girl I forget her name always smiling. Forgot to take pictures

This is a horrible hotel and they are scammers too. I booked a suite for 5 nights but had to leave after the first night. While we were asleep 2 strange men walked into our room, it was scary as hell. Also I was told my credit card couldn’t be charged that I needed to pay cash, I did, only for me to find out my credit card was also charged. Tried to get a refund from booking.com but they said they couldn’t help since I had no receipt from the hotel. It was just a nightmare. My advice, please stay away from this hotel
