My stay was perfect as usual. Yhis is the reason that we stay at this hotel very often. The staff are well experienced and they are very friendly and helpful. Specially I have to declare that the guest relation staff and the reception team are incredible and they respect the guests  and take care of their requests very well , I will be back to this hotel quite soon,

In the huge basement, I met the parking guy, who warmly introduced me to the lobby and helped me park my car. The restaurant manager also helped me buy honeycomb. I give it a thumbs up and will stay here again next time!

After a 5 hour delay from Manila, Turkish Airlines provided me a room at the Sheraton Hotel. The staff were all courteous. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean. Cem at the Reception desk was very accommodating and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. He provided very good recommendations for local food and sightseeing in downtown Istanbul.

I stood here for four nights. Let me say that this hotel is quite amazing. We did experience some problems with my stay, but it’s all OK. Fine. The service is good. Breakfast was great. Overall room is fine. The facilities are standardized so in a nutshell, I would give it about eight out of 10 and we can stay over here and it can really do the job so I would recommend it.

EMIR at the reception on day 2 was the person who was my saviour. Even after being a member they gave me a room which had a horizontal bar across the view, right besides the elevator. The airconditioning in the room wasn't working and the person on the reception Mr Tarik was very rude on the phone. Real five star. Cookies at reception, tea coffee bar in rooms, swimming pool, gym, room, spas and most importantly the service. All were great. We stayed there for 10 days and loved the location. There is a local high street and lots of markets cafes, supermarket and shops. Next to metro station too.

We arrived it was late. me and my partner arrived by 2 cars and wanted to store the cars in the garage. By great luck I met Leyli and she organised all process like a Professional. Almost a 3 star hotel. Location is very good, steps away from the bus station. Has running hot water and there is a shower in the room. But they did not have a towel! Dealing at the reception desk is good, but does not speak Arabic well

considering it's cheaper than the other hotels in that area, it's not bad at all if you want to get just a room to sleep at night. Easy access to a lot of things. One thing I really needed is the Iron for my clothes which they didn't have

Grand plaza hotel was booked based on previous reviews and to sum up the question "would I stay here again?" The answer would be yes. Not a 5 star in anyway and would liken it to a Travelodge in the UK. For us the room size was great (large) and we were minutes by car from where we needed to be. Couldn't fault the hotel except for maybe the shower as mentioned below. Great WiFi if anyone is interested...

One of the best hotels I've visited in Istanbul. Perfect location in the heart of the city. 1 minute far from Torium AVM and Metrobus station. the rooms very clean with very good service. We took room 404 and 405 they're the best view. and the price was cheap// 500 TL in 6/2022//.

The old lady was very kind but the hotel needs some improvement, The bathroom was clean but the room and bed were not clean at all I don't know what's in the bed but as soon as I sat on the bed I got itchy

Everything is fine, only hot water flows warm in cold weather, it would be nice if you could raise the degree a little, respect

I stayed for 3 days, the most important thing for me was cleanliness and it was really clean. The friends at the reception were interested. There was no missing in our room, fridge washing machine tea maker coffee machine etc. everything was there. I would definitely recommend Beylikdüzü daily rental apartment company to everyone.
