Beypark Hotel in Istanbul

The tap was broken, the toilet was broken. And very rude staff

I reserve for 2 nights 20 and 21 Dec.
I arrived at 10 pm
The room is with very bad smell so I asked to change the room, I went to another room it is less bad smell and I was very tired want to sleep
The bed is not cleaned and there was hair on the bed the pellow is dirty and bad smell in it even the towels are not cleand and bad smell
I asked this morning to get ny money for the 1 still night but the staff was not accept and said no and asked me to change the room for the 3rd time all the rooms are not cleaned. and the stapp are not friendlt at all
I go out and they took the 1500TL for a night that I will not stay there
bad hotel. and bad staff I didnt advise anybody to go there.

The worst hamam in the world, please do not go here. They took our money after explaining that with the package we selected would have 45 minutes in the hamam then another 45 minutes for massage, and mask/scrub when in reality there was a 20 minute massage of poor quality and no sign of a mask/scrub. We repeated that we wear hijab and there should be no men around which they reassured us about, but male workers walked around near the women's facilities while we were undressed. Very unhygienic mixed toilets available only, the female workers sat in the women's room and smoked with poor attitude and no help. No private facilities to change clothes and no lockers to keep valuables in. Very quick and argumentative to take our money but did not deliver the service that we were promised. Awful, horrible place - highly avoid!!!
