Maybe the hotel's facilities met expectations, the service was hindered significantly by the staff's inability to communicate in English. For a hotel marketed at an international level, it's essential that staff can speak at least basic English to ensure smooth communication with guests from around the world. This language barrier impacted our overall experience and wasn't able to reserve a room.

That’s incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable — especially for a hotel that claims to operate at an international standard. Hanging up on guests, simply because they speak English, isn’t just unprofessional — it reflects a serious lack of basic customer service and respect.

I attempted to call this hotel several times to make a reservation, but each time, as soon as the staff realized I was speaking English, they abruptly hung up on me. This happened repeatedly and was extremely rude and unprofessional.

For a hotel that claims to operate at an international level, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. At the very least, front desk staff should be able to speak basic English or make an effort to assist international guests. If you're a traveler who doesn't speak the local language, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Awful hotel. Rooms are very bad not clean . Problems with electricity and no good communication. Dirty and not a good destination to go. They made me very embarrassed in front of my guests .

Bathroom extremely small. Breakfast very poor and frugal. No bed sheets. Would never stay there again.

The hotel is not as it seems, unfortunately, it is neglected, there is a heavy smell in the rooms, normally I was supposed to extend my stay for 11 days, but when the 2nd day was up, I left immediately. In other words, it is not a hotel worth the money.

Poor service and poor hygiene.
