I can say the hotel is absolutely comfortable and dining hall is so clean hygenic. Waiter/waitress are so kind; Hotel also has the replica remnants decoration of the ancient city of Troy.

I was here as part of an organized tour of Turkey. This was definitely the best hotel in the tour. Located in the centre of Chanakkale. The room was quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The food was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style and offered a wide variety of dishes — all delicious. Highly recommended!

Loved the amenities! The breakfast was particularly great. The nonsmoking room smelled heavily of smoke though and the air conditioning didn’t work so it was very hot.

This hotel is very cosy, beatiful and with great staff. I''d like to say thanks to Melek, Sezer and Ceyala, they were great and every time help us . We stay in the hotel for 6 days, and we are so happy , our stay was pleasure. The hotel is clean and the location is excellent. At the entrance, you're greeted by lovely Ceylans. The food and drink options are limited, but could have been a bit more extensive. The pool and beach are nice, and I think it's ideal for short stays.

It's perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. Its proximity to historical sites provides an added advantage.

The staff are friendly and attentive. The location is ideal if you're looking to relax away from the big city. The environment is so comfortable and relaxing. My only complaint is that the beds are too hard for me to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is nice, with direct access to the beach, no time limit. Parking is also convenient. However, the hotel's swimming pool is open at set times and closes between 7 and 8 pm.

It is very far from the ruins of Troy! There is no village in front and no shop behind, and three bowls of rice cannot be eaten! There are no public buses for rent, so you have to rely on the store to call a taxi. It costs 600 lira, or 120 yuan, to get to the ruins of Troy! You can live in the city and take the bus to and from the city conveniently! The store owner is very welcoming!

We stayed here on a rainy Saturdaynight during the winter off season, so amenities were limited. However we had a delightful time with what was available to us. I was there in December, stayed for one night on the way. The room is on the 1st floor with a balcony, which is also an exit to the street. The breakfast is very modest. The room is comfortable, large, there are some flaws, but overall it is quite good.

The reception was friendly, attentive, and respectful. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were quite satisfactory, however, my "French Bed" preference was for two single beds joined together, and there were details that didn't fit the five-star hotel concept (shower cap, toothbrush, polish, etc. Not exist) The mini-bar was completely empty.

A truly relaxing and perfect experience for body and mind. This expansive forest is suitable for strolling through all four seasons.

Beautiful hotel. Great wifi speed which can be very bad at other 5 star places we stayed in Turkey. Great pool for doing laps, huge gym, pretty steam room. Big sauna, and Turkish bath area to do on your own. Room was great with a lot of nice features, with a great view.

Excellent stay (27/8 – 31/8/2025) Friendly and prompt reception even though I arrived at 01:00 am, with luggage transfer to the room. Immediate change to a room with two single beds, free of charge. Daily exemplary cleaning, change of towels and disposable slippers every day! Rich breakfast with a wide variety, even honeycomb. Polite and discreet staff. I will definitely go back!

Should be the tallest building in the tiwn of Canakkale, 10 minutes walk from city town hall, has nice 360 view on podium of restaurant floor. Rooms are average in conditions, but quiet and comfort.

We only stayed for a night and enjoyed our stay greatly. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and breakfast was fine (be careful as some of the things on breakfast are additionally paid for - like fresh orange juice). O highly recomment this hotel.
