We stayed here on a rainy Saturdaynight during the winter off season, so amenities were limited. However we had a delightful time with what was available to us. We just wanted to eat, have a hot shower and sleep. The staff were available 24/7, and very kind to us. The kitchen was available until 10pm. They also had information about the Ancient City of Troy.
Turkish breakfast was located in the main dining room area overlooking the pool and beach below. The spa and bars were not available when we were there.
I can imagine this place is THE SPOT to be in the high season. It was beautiful! We were very happy with the off season hotel rate. Very fair for what was available.

The hotel is nice, with direct access to the beach, no time limit. Parking is also convenient. However, the hotel's swimming pool is open at set times and closes between 7 and 8 pm.

It is very far from the ruins of Troy! There is no village in front and no shop behind, and three bowls of rice cannot be eaten! There are no public buses for rent, so you have to rely on the store to call a taxi. It costs 600 lira, or 120 yuan, to get to the ruins of Troy!
You can live in the city and take the bus to and from the city conveniently!
The store owner is very welcoming!

I was there in December, stayed for one night on the way. The room is on the 1st floor with a balcony, which is also an exit to the street. The breakfast is very modest. The room is comfortable, large, there are some flaws, but overall it is quite good.

Stayed here for just one night en route after visiting the Ancient City of Troy. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms with a small outdoor seating area to enjoy the view of the water.

The hotel seems to specialise in tour groups, but we were not overlooked. We enjoyed our meal at the hotel restaurant and breakfast the following morning.

An excellent value for your money. Definitely recommend for a brief stay while visiting the local area.

Booked 5 rooms for 1 night.
Room was okay, but not cleaned properly for a 4 star hotel (smoke smell was very intense in one room, porch was not cleaned at all, beer bottles from previous guests were in the middle).
In the middle of the night electricity dissapear 🤣, and they had to change one of the rooms).

They weren't ready for check-in at 6 pm (their machine for room cards was broken) and we waited a bit more to get the rooms.
We tried to eat from our lunch boxes on their terrace, but it was denied (didn't understood why, but anyway)

Location is okay, but unfortunately didn't had time to explore more the soundings.
Inside complex, there are a lot of dogs and cats, which can cause some discomfort.

good price per value hotel. pool is ok. brakfast was quite poor. rooms is old fasion but ok. bathroom has hair dryer, good shower. so no complains. teritorry is clean. good economy hotel for a price.( paid 44eur BedBreakfast)

We stopped for two nights while visiting Troy. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is organised and efficient. The rooms are a little sparse and a glass would have been appreciated. You are provided a kettle and tea or coffee. A pleasant and enjoyable stay

Great nature spot, clean beach, tasty breakfast and dinner, staff is friendly and kind, everyone very helpful!
Great place to have some rest and be with nature!

Music in all sports is good and not overwhelming.
Also I like the place to sit outside of the room.

I was a little scared with bad reviews, but it isn't horrible at all. Cosy, simple, silent.
By the way, spiders are helpful, same as julidas!

I'm not sure if the town itself has any pharmacies and places you can buy sun/after sun lotion, so bring yours.
There are a couple of supermarkets with food and drinks (7-10 minutes walk).
