Excellent stay (27/8 – 31/8/2025) Friendly and prompt reception even though I arrived at 01:00 am, with luggage transfer to the room. Immediate change to a room with two single beds, free of charge

Great room, breakfast was excellent. Room was a little too warm in March and there was no way to turn on the air conditioning. Would stay here again.

Good location close to waterfront, staff were kind enough to extend buffet timing for dinner as our tour group arrived late, food selection was decent

We only stayed for a night and enjoyed our stay greatly. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and breakfast was fine (be careful as some of the things on breakfast are additionally paid for - like fresh orange juice)

Environment: quiet surroundings. Maybe this hotel is full of tour groups! Korean, Japanese, European. There is nothing in the refrigerator, unlike other hotels that put some paid drinks, beer, etc

I was here as part of an organized tour of Turkey. This was definitely the best hotel in the tour. Located in the centre of Chanakkale. The room was quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds

The staff were very friendly, the service was good and the rooms are clean but a small bathroom area. The breakfast dining area was amazing with lovely views across to the waterfront. It was a terrific place to stay

The restaurant was on the top floor, and the Mediterranean breakfast served underground was quite sumptuous. The old-fashioned elevator with its openwork doors was reminiscent of old Europe

The room's balcony overlooked the Aegean Sea, and the pier and train station were just steps away. Restaurants were on both sides, and the Trojan Horse was a 5-minute walk from the hotel

Excellent room facilities and location. This hotel has rooms better than a five star hotel. Family rooms with three beds are spacious. Double rooms are a bit on the small size but they are ok

Once upon a time the hotel was good. Now it's shabby. Breakfast is poor and tasteless. There are a lot of things that don't work in the rooms. The toilet in our room did not flush properly. the sea was dirty.

The hotel is nice, with direct access to the beach, no time limit. Parking is also convenient. However, the hotel's swimming pool is open at set times and closes between 7 and 8 pm.

The room is comfortable, large, there are some flaws, but overall it is quite good

We enjoyed our meal at the hotel restaurant and breakfast the following morning. An excellent value for your money. Definitely recommend for a brief stay while visiting the local area

We stayed here on a rainy Saturdaynight during the winter off season, so amenities were limited. However we had a delightful time with what was available to us. We just wanted to eat, have a hot shower and sleep

The rooms and the bed are comfortable and have everything you need. The room I was in had a balcony which was lovely. They also did my laundry for me. Bonus they have an elevator, so no need to carry bags up stairs

I heard that the thermal water was good for my wounded soldiers during the war, I heard that it would be good for other diseases, and we thank you for the comfort of the rooms and the friendly staff in our hotel, and I believe it would be even better if the hotel had a playground

I should definitely mention that thermal water reduces pain in terms of healing. The rooms are as comfortable as 5 star hotel rooms, the variety of the restaurant cuisine, (especially the breakfast menu) is very good

It was totaly good experience. Only the minor issue were the towels which were old but clean.

When we arrived, it was 60 per night, making it more expensive than if I had made the booking elsewhere. Do consider this as a place to stay, but shop around among the sites that list it to find the best deal

The hotel is far from the city center and it is better to have a car. The hotel is by the sea, there is a pool, but the pool water was not clean

With the restaurant is working even in the end of November and the prices are relatively good to take a rest or spend a few days. We wear with the car so we have good place to park with a video control

I have also booked other hotels, but this one is perfect. The room is not big like in 5☆ hotels, but for me it was super good. And since I DON'T LIE, I can point out that, as far as I'm concerned, the dressing is narrow
