The reception was friendly, attentive, and respectful. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were quite satisfactory, however, my "French Bed" preference was for two single beds joined together, and there were details that didn't fit the five-star hotel concept (shower cap, toothbrush, polish, etc. Not exist) The mini-bar was completely empty.

We had 3 rooms which supposed to have 2 beds and we upgraded to 2 rooms 3 beds and a suite which is hood but one room had smoke smell and the other had another broken lights. A truly relaxing and perfect experience for body and mind. This expansive forest is suitable for strolling through all four seasons.

Beautiful hotel. Great wifi speed which can be very bad at other 5 star places we stayed in Turkey. Great pool for doing laps, huge gym, pretty steam room. Big sauna, and Turkish bath area to do on your own. Room was great with a lot of nice features, with a great view.

Overall is OK and Clean, only the parking area is need more space

Excellent stay (27/8 – 31/8/2025) Friendly and prompt reception even though I arrived at 01:00 am, with luggage transfer to the room. Immediate change to a room with two single beds, free of charge. Daily exemplary cleaning, change of towels and disposable slippers every day! Rich breakfast with a wide variety, even honeycomb. Polite and discreet staff. I will definitely go back!

Should be the tallest building in the tiwn of Canakkale, 10 minutes walk from city town hall, has nice 360 view on podium of restaurant floor. Rooms are average in conditions, but quiet and comfort.

We only stayed for a night and enjoyed our stay greatly. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and breakfast was fine (be careful as some of the things on breakfast are additionally paid for - like fresh orange juice). O highly recomment this hotel.

I was here as part of an organized tour of Turkey. This was definitely the best hotel in the tour. Located in the centre of Chanakkale. The room was quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. A good hotel, good bed, pillows, fridge, powerful shower. I recommend it and will definitely stay there next time I'm in Canakkale. The breakfast is also good, with good ingredients.

In the center of Canakkale, very close to the beach, the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, the scenery is very good, you can see the panoramic sea view. The disadvantage is that the room is a bit small, everything else is good.

The hotel is totally fine but could use a renovation and some warmer customer service. It all felt very transactional but fair enough. Everything was functioning ok.

The hotel provided us with a very comfortable stopover as we were travelling from Istanbul to Ayvalik. Huge choice of food for breakfast and the hotel was brilliantly located close to restaurants and the famous horse from the film Troy.

The rooms are good, the only huge minus is the walls through which you can hear everything. There are no balconies, the air conditioner barely turns on and off. The staff confused my towel with theirs and stole it from me.

The rooms are small and cramped. The staff is relatively helpful. Cleanliness is about 8 out of 10 – there’s room for improvement. There's a bar/club in the backyard that gets very noisy until late at night. The rooms have no sound insulation, so you can hear everything. The only good thing was the location – within walking distance to everything. Breakfast is available, but nothing special.

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful. The room was nice once the AC cooled it to my preference. The only drawback is if you are not a night owl, you can hear the music from the pubs until midnight or so. This could be positive or negative, depending on your preference. :-). The hotel is in a nice location and the room was clean, but the room is cleaned every 2-3 days. The staff who came for cleaning were friendly, but the restaurant section was, in a word, sloppy.

The hotel is clean and the location is excellent. At the entrance, you're greeted by lovely Ceylans. The food and drink options are limited, but could have been a bit more extensive. The pool and beach are nice, and I think it's ideal for short stays.
