Really comfortable and homely hotel with friendly staff who speak English.

This is a little bit shabby hotel. But it is clean. Hotel staff is very kind. You can come to this hotel by Bus no.C9 from the Bus station (Canakkale Bus tetminali-otogar), get off at the ladt stop infront of Halk Bahcesi Park.

As usual most of the facilities listed on ******* didn’t exist! ******* needs to check

First of all, the staff were really nice. They even offered to give the breakfast included option for the same price. Also, the price might be the best for this location if you are not looking for a classic touristic service and if you are visiting for historical tourism, and if you can book on Booking which is not possible for Turkish people connecting from Turkey only :) Don't have too high expectations...

Its really central, the room is okay, kinda small, slighly broken mirror but good AC and a fridge, for just a two nights is was a good stay!

A very central, charming hotel. The staff is friendly. I went for a trip to Çanakkale and was very pleased. The hotel's proximity to everything, and walking the streets at night is a plus. I highly recommend it.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, restaurants, pier, etc. in the center of Çanakkale, very close. An ideal starting point for tours. Breakfast is ***meat enough.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, you can go out and walk around, everything is nearby, the breakfast was delicious, overall everything is good.

Hotel Des Etrangers is very close to the waterfront in Cannakele, with views available from a couple of rooms - the others are blocked by a government building. Stayed here 3 nights. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful. The room was nice once the AC cooled it to my preference. The only drawback is if you are not a night owl, you can hear the music from the pubs until midnight or so. This could be positive or negative, depending on your preference. :-). Charming hotel right near the water. It’s the oldest hotel in Canakkale, but by the French during the Ottoman rule. Incredible customer service. I asked so many questions and they helped me with everything. There was some street noise at night, but that’s probably everywhere

Clean and close to everything one needs in a beautiful city.

No cleaning every day but you could ask to change towels. There is something wrong with the shower but water is warm enough. The breakfast is not bad. The reception is friendly and helpful.

The Limani Hotel, situated in the heart of the city center, is an ideal choice for a short-term stay for couples or friends. Stayed more than once, hotel employees are nice but breakfast service was not as expected. Rooms are nice and clean, sea view is perfect, location is right in the middle of all the pubs, clubs, attaractions etc. Pricing is reasonable.

I lived in Çanakkale for a year as an English teacher. The city center is probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Those were, to date, the happiest days of my life. A great seaside restaurant offering really good value for money. Spag bol was 145tl, tasty and i couldnt finish it. sparkling water was just 20 tl or about 65p friendly staff and will visit next time i am in town.

Very nice people, we had a room for 4 people. The room wasn't big enough, the lavabo in the bathroom was too small, but for the price it was what you would expect. The location was perfect.

Even though our first day and night were difficult, we had a very good stay overall at Hotel Artur. We arrived on a hot summer evening, to find two problems. First, we were able to receive only one functioning card room card-key (which also had to be used to activate the room's electricity), for a family of four. This was inconvenient. Best hotel staff of all time! After a sudden flight cancellation, concierge Coskun Akar went above and beyond to help me book impromptu transportation to my original destination. Could not be more thankful! The staff speaks English and Spanish perfectly and without whom, I would've missed the opportunity to see Istanbul before my flight back home. Gracias!

The hotel is very centrally located, and the prices are extremely reasonable. This should be taken into consideration when leaving a review. There is a parking problem. Apart from the shower, I can say that the room was generally clean and warm. The bathroom provides soap, towels, a hair dryer, and shower slippers; however, you need to bring your own shampoo.

It's was a very good experience to stay for two nights at Grand Ece Otel çanakkale. The hotel is located at city centre near to sea side and very close to a lot of monuments. They are providing a very good breakfast.

The rooms are nice. The breakfast is amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful no issues with leaving my bags after checking out. I showed up late for the breakfast and they welcomed me in without any drama. I'd highly recommend this hotel

It is very conveniently located just a short distance from the harbour. Cheap hotel, which was clean, what more could you want. Breakfast included in price was adequate. WiFi worked throughout the hotel, and the aircon was very efficient. The only real negative was that behind the hotel appears to be a construction site, which a few times did sound like they were coming through the wall.

Staff is welcoming, helpful and kind all the time. Open to tourists, speaking English. Very nice home made breakfast . Location is at the living heart of Cannakale. You get a good value for what you pay. I recommend the property.

The hotel is good for one night. There's breakfast, which is enough to eat. Paid parking is available near the hotel. The beds are firmer, if you like them, you will be comfortable. The bathrooms are small, but enough to take a shower. We stay for several years already in this hotel, traveling to the resorts in Aegean Turkey.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and it was perfect . Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, food was delicious and reasonably priced . The absolute selling point was the mesmerizing view which I believe is the best in town. 100% recommend it and will definitely go back again .

Challenging parking but staff was helpful

Everything was fine about the hotel .. Staff are friendly but we had an issue with the AC remote control.. it's not in the room and we contacted the reception but they couldn't help up .. plus there was a problem with the bidet (toilet water)

Great little hotel. So close to the water front and ferry terminal. Rooms are pleasant for their age. Some upgrades are needed. But, for the price it was very worthwhile.

Hotel stuff friendly, rests not good The hotel needs a lot of renewal and fixes. Electricity was going out, internet doesn't work, breakfast with only basic foods, light in the bathroom is like 100 years old, barely can see yourself in the mirror.. Only positivity came from the hotel stuff who were friendly and helpful.

When I visited Canakkale, I stayed in Akar Pension during one week. I have only very positive impressions about this time - room was very clean, good price, perfect breakfasts ,staffs are very kind and friendly people. Other big benefit, that hotel locates very close to the central part of city. Strongly reccomend for everyone!
