Don't have too high expectations about the rooms or from the view (at least from our experience). We used the room just for sleeping and spent much time visiting other places.
You can come to this hotel by Bus no.C9 from the Bus station (Canakkale Bus tetminali-otogar), get off at the ladt stop infront of Halk Bahcesi Park.
We stayed as a family of four adults. It wasn't a room, but a basement warehouse. The air conditioner sounds like an airplane engine when it's on. The toilet smells. The toilet hadn't been cleaned before we entered. There was even trash left in the toilet. There were various stains on the pillows. The refrigerator wasn't working, so they replaced it, but the new one didn't. There was no table or anything in the room. We asked if there was a terrace or any other place to sit, but they said it was under renovation. Parking is a huge problem. There's a free municipal parking lot near the hotel, but finding a spot is practically impossible. If we'd known we'd be staying in such a room, we would have definitely looked for another hotel. We chose it because of its central location, but we deeply regretted it.
