The hotel is exceptionally clean — everything is well organized and spotless, from the rooms to the hallways and facilities.
The staff are extremely kind, respectful, and always smiling; they truly care about making every guest feel comfortable.
The service is fast and professional. They kindly allowed me to check in early at 10 a.m. even though the official time was 3 p.m.,
and they also let me check out late at 2:30 p.m., which shows how much they value their guests’ satisfaction.
I sincerely thank them for their warm hospitality, excellent service, and outstanding cleanliness.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey — and if I return, I will definitely stay here again.
