Rooms are great but our rooms is in ground floor so no good views or great lighting, just room. But there are rooms in upper floors which can be better in this regard.
Location is great but is a little bit steep so bringing baggages might be a little bit challenging.
But to summarize, it is a good place with good price to value.

Excellent, cozy hotel. Great location! The bus stop is a one-minute walk away. The metro is 4-5 minutes away. Taksim Square is nearby.
Friendly staff. The maid speaks Russian. Everything we asked for was provided. We were three adults and two children! We had a great stay. The room was warm. It was a little dark. And the hot water was turned off one evening. Otherwise, everything was great.

A good hotel in the Taksim area. Overall, it's clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The comments about the soundproofing are justified. If someone in the next room is talking loudly, their conversations will carry into your room. The service is good. The only thing that surprised me was that the kitchenette room doesn't have dishes and cutlery, but they'll provide them upon request and with a 1,500 lira/30 USD deposit. Otherwise, no complaints.

Good and polite staff. Clean and comfortable room and bed. The room is cleaned every day and the service is adequate. Good area in the city and close to shopping centers. I recommend the suite to everyone.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. There were no kitchen utensils available, and I even had to go to a local shop to ask for one. Additionally, it took multiple requests to get anything.

A nice place. The location is a little tucked away on a side street and up a hill, but otherwise, it was a hassle-free stay.

Very clean and welcoming
Super clean and very comfortable stay we had. I have no single bad words to say about Joy suites.
Very close to metro (underground) and Taskim square is only few minutes away. There shops around for groceries etc.
