Small rooms and other rooms voice directly hearing.

It's in a great location, very close to the sea. The staff is friendly. However, the rooms are very small, and there are some issues with the water supply. They said they would fix it, but it was a lot of work when we visited. It's not a bad place for the price. I haven't researched other hotels in the area, but I don't think I'll choose it on my next visit to Erdek.

I found it ridiculous that they charged this price for such a small room during the off-season. You could stay in any apartment or similar place of comparable quality. There's a lot of noise coming from the rooms, even normal conversations. Throughout the night, I could hear things like chairs being dragged upstairs. The bed is an old wooden bed; you could hear noises from everywhere if you just lifted your arm. The room is so small, it barely fits the bed. Two people can't even pass side-by-side. Because of this, we didn't even know where to put our bags; everything was piled on top of each other. As for cleanliness, it's average; the sheets, pillowcases, and towels weren't dirty, but the toilet and sink were anything but clean. Honestly, I couldn't use it comfortably, and we didn't even use the shower.

Very nice hotel with kind staff

Very good location and friendly reception staff, but poorly kept. The standard room was very small. No night stand, had to put my book and eyeglasses on the floor. Bathroom was not very clean. No help with luageges since no elavvator it was difficult.
