Very clean hotel, booked a non-smoking room, stayed for 10 days. The room was cleaned every day, snow-white bed linen, very comfortable mattress, pillow menu. The air conditioner worked perfectly, heated the room in a few minutes, the nights were cool in January. Friendly staff at the reception, if there were questions they solved them promptly. I imagine the property to once be an amazing hotel but found it to now be a little tired & maybe in need of updating. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, especially the young lady at reception. The double room only had one towel and one pair of slippers. We had to buy them later. The shampoo and shower gel in the shower cubicle smelled very, very bad. It was absolutely nauseating. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff were friendly.

The best features of this hotel are its proximity to several restaurants and eateries and the buffet breakfast, which was limited but sufficient. The most positive aspect is that it is close to the bus stop and tram to the airport.

We chose this hotel based on the photos and the low price. In reality, it turned out that the hotel and the room were very old and dirty. There was a lot of smoking in the room before us, although the order was for non-smokers. The smell of cigarettes and alcohol in the elevator and room. We had to not use the shower and sleep in our clothes for fear of dirty bed linen

The service and attention were sufficient. Smiling faces, etc., and amenities are sufficient; you don't need much else. The equipment, hygiene products, etc., are all complete. The smart TV, air conditioning, and hot water are all working perfectly. The breakfast is extensive and filling.

Our stay was fantastic overall, with just a couple of minor hiccups. The overhead shower wasn't working, and the handheld shower was a bit too low for comfort. Plus, the water temperature fluctuated quite a bit.

The beach is right outside the door, the gym has a swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended!

The room is good not wow. If there is a wedding you will hear the music in your room until 12 am. The receptionists are very rude. They didn't even look at you if you came. No one helps you to take the trolley of the bags! We pushed it ourselves to the rooms!

When I booked my stay online, I couldn't see any options for breakfast or other meals, so I wasn't able to select them. Upon arrival, I informed the front desk staff about this. I was then charged an additional fee for breakfast, which amounted to a quarter of my total accommodation cost. I found the whole breakfast situation to be quite unsatisfactory.

The staff are polite and welcoming. Obviously covid 19 has an impact but they are doing well coping with it. Allow food from outside and even order for guests. Air conditioning is on in rooms which is a massive plus as this is needed for people from colder climates.

Broken shower tap, water not draining in the shower tray. Had to change the room on the 2nd day. New room bathroom door was not closing so had to adjust the brackets myself because the screws were loose. One of the shower tray’s door was missing in the new room 🤔.

I booked a non-smoking room. However, they gave me a room very smelly room, and the air conditioning was very noisy. I had to talk to the receptionist, and they changed my room the next day. I encountered another problem at the hotel. I parked at the parking lot at night, and in the morning, I was trapped by two cars I couldn't get out of, but thank God the receptionist helped me.

it's a good place to stay. New and clean. Parking available. But kinda far from the city center. There is a tram line 10 mins walking distance. I really recommend it if you have a car.
