Friendly staff and very clean. Everything was arranged before we arrived (baby bed).

Hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling, the hotel is not new but they are taking very well care of it and making it like new from inside.

Hotel at the outskirts of izmit. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Easy to find.
Room was apartment styled. Ensuite room with queen sized bed and separate huge living room/kitchen where the single beds and sofa bed were placed in. Air conditioning was good to cool the whole place. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable enough. Water pressure from shower was good
Decent breakfast in the morning.

rooms recently renovated , big rooms which includes a kitchen they serve breakfast . They say its a four star hotel , however i think it's overated , this hotel must be a 2 star hotel. Its located close to main buss station and in industrial district.

Very good for family with kids, kitchen good, a little messy, but ok. Big apartment, good breakfast

The staff are polite and welcoming. Obviously covid 19 has an impact but they are doing well coping with it. Allow food from outside and even order for guests.
Air conditioning is on in rooms which is a massive plus as this is needed for people from colder climates.

The rooms smell disgusting - main reason is smoking allowed in all rooms. It was so bad that I had to keep the window open all times, including nights, which caused another problem: mosquitoes and 30 C humid air the room. Breakfast was acceptable (with that price, I lowered my expectations). The only positive part is the staff; they tried to help with a smiling face. Overall, it is not my preferred hotel in Izmit, for sure.
