Disappointed from the First Moment – A Regretful Stay at Wellborn

I just checked into Wellborn, and from the very first moment, I knew I had made a mistake. The atmosphere was cold, and the staff’s attitude lacked any sense of hospitality or cordiality. For a place that markets itself as a premium hotel, the experience was anything but welcoming.

It felt like I had wasted my money on a stay that offered no comfort, no warmth, and certainly no professionalism. The lack of basic courtesy from the team was striking—and unfortunately, it set the tone for the entire visit.

I expected a relaxing and respectful environment, but instead found myself questioning why I chose this hotel at all. I wouldn’t recommend Wellborn to anyone seeking a pleasant or respectful stay.

Update: The next day, I met Mehmet at the reception—he was outstanding, as were the staff at the restaurant.
