We spent the weekend at Riva’s for a private event and were amazed by the quality of service, the good food, the kind owner and amazingly helpful staff. If you have a pet, the place is a heaven for them, too (They even have a pet hotel). Will definitely visit again in spring. If you want to plan an exclusive private event, you should definitely consider Riva’s.

One of the Places we often visit in Ömerli. except the days they have Wedding, they serve good quality and customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend you call Riva's Club before you go there for the availaibility. They have also dog Training Center in the Club.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful and there were cats and kittens in the garden of the restaurant! They are used to any odd request at housekeeping and room service, English varies depending on the individual but they are very kind and happy to assist. I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Grand Tarabya. The room was big enough, luxurious and had amazing Bosporus view. The staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant food was amazing and also good priced. The in house swimming pool and turkish bath were also very enjoyable. It was very easy to get to touristic locations through Haci Osman metro line.

The rooms are really soundproofed, price performance is good. The air is very pleasant with the old carpet on the floors but it could be cleaner.

Amazing, the receptionist approved to check in earlier as we had a really long drive and we arrived with 2 hours early. We really wanted to sleep as we drove for 12 hours. Also my main motive for booking was the private gated parking. It has a really safe parking lot.

Awesome place, in the center of Ümranye, shops, restaurants, metro stations and a mall, you have everything what you might need. The breakfast is on the top floor where there is also a nice terrace with a view. Beds are nice and comfortable, staff is very polite and helping. Definately will stay there again if we need to.

Definitely, more improvements are needed. The colleague on reception during the night shift was friendly and helpful. They must ensure that everything listed in the description is provided. Pans and cutlery were missing, and the Wi-Fi was also not functioning.

You truly feel at home here. The hotel is impeccably clean, new, and professionally run. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful. I was extremely satisfied with everything. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was very large and very nice, but it needed to be cleaned better, and the room smelled of tobacco even though it was marked as non-smoking. Everything else was fine.

room was clean and spacious. matress comfy but little narrow. location is wonderful. good for short stay.
