If you come to Istanbul, never miss a chance to stay in this hotel. The staff have the kindest souls, they are so polite, one of them doesn’t understand English well but she tries her best to help. I have been here for a month but I never regretted a single day. Whats amazing is, everyone is so friendly, you enter with a smile and leave with a smile.

Havuz ve havluları temizliği yeterli değildi. Odaya yalnızca 2 adet bardak su bırakılmış yatakta çift olarak rahat uyumamış mümkün değil iki ayrı baza ve yatak birlestirildigi için sürekli ikiye ayrılıyor evimizde tadilat olduğu için bir gece konakladık geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Onun dışında bir sorun yasamadik

Although it is supposed to be a non-smoking property, the rooms towels and sheets, all smelled of smoke
The air conditioning and fan works sporadically, the apartment was dirty, and not maintained
It was very convenient having a washing machine, but there was really nowhere to hang wet clothing and only a few hangers in the closet. The drying rack was broken. No hot water in bathroom sink. Shower head works but doesn’t hang up. Nice to have a refrigerator but freezer section was frozen solid. No dishes stocked in the kitchen but they brought up a bin.
The reception desk staff were helpful and polite.

I have been renting their 1+1 apartment for a whole month now and I wish to extend my stay here due to the incredibly cooperative and responsive staff.

Hello my friends, how are you? I am Jessica. I missed you so much. It is the best hotel I have ever booked in, and the treatment is very nice. There is a young man named Murad who was always kind and helpful to us, and all of them always had a smile on their faces. We did not feel like strangers. On the last day, my flight to the airport was at 3 am. Murad helped me and booked me a safe taxi. Thank you for everything🙏🏻❤️

I’m sorry I’m writing this review late! I should have done it earlier been busy with life being back in Sweden. We stayed in this hotel for 10 days rented 2 apartments. The cleaning staff was amazing they done an excellent job maintaining our unit. The service from the day and night staff was perfect. We really felt at home. I am especially thankful to the girls that worked during the day English speakers! N the one that helped us order food! Life saver, We will always be grateful. The night staff was also welcome and very polite. This was home from home and we recommend this place business or pleasure it has all you need and shops bim/ a101 which are groceries etc perfect home away from home ! Thank you to you all and hope to see you again. All the best!

We stayed for almost 3 weeks, really a great hotel. The Receptionists are very helpful and the cleaning staff too, every other day they asked if we needed to change towels and whatever you need. I recommend it for everyone. Thanks. Mohamed Elsheikh
