Beautiful, quiet, and overlooks the Bosphorus.

A huge thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm welcome, excellent service, and very friendly and attentive attitude. I truly appreciated how everything was organized so precisely and carefully. The team helped with absolutely everything, and any questions were resolved very quickly. If my training takes place in this hotel again, I will be delighted to stay here once more.

The room I stayed in had a stunning view of the Bosphorus — it was modern, very comfortable, and cozy. I was also extremely pleased with the overall service and the quality of housekeeping.

The breakfasts in the restaurant were wonderful as well, and the service there was incredibly friendly and pleasant. In general, the entire team and all the staff made my stay feel warm and welcoming.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Istanbul and enjoy beautiful views of the Bosphorus.

I had a wonderful - albeit very short stay in this unique and historic hotel on the shores of the Bosphorus.
Upon arrival I was greeted by the great doorman and up until my very early departure next morning - I enjoyed the stay in the Grand Tarabya.
The encounters with the staff were always friendly, polite and service was top.
The views from the rooms, overlooking the Bosphorus Straits and the cute village of Tarabya are second to none.
The only downside was that I only stayed for a night ….

Great value, legendary venue, one of the best spas I’ve been to, and the service was just top class. I will definitely come back soon.

I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Grand Tarabya. The room was big enough, luxurious and had amazing Bosporus view. The staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant food was amazing and also good priced. The in house swimming pool and turkish bath were also very enjoyable. It was very easy to get to touristic locations through Haci Osman metro line.

Old hotel but well maintained

The hotel is ideally located, with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus from the room. The room is clean and comfortable, although the television seemed a little small for the size of the room.

When we arrived in the evening, no one helped me with my luggage, which was a bit disappointing—especially after a long and tiring journey. Furthermore, the mandatory process of passing my suitcases through the metal detector at the entrance isn't very practical, especially without assistance. Since my suitcase is heavy and I had recently undergone surgery, I would have appreciated a little help at that point. However, upon departure in the morning, the service was much better: the staff spontaneously offered to carry my luggage several times, which I greatly appreciated.

The breakfast buffet is excellent, served on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the marina—a real treat to start the day.

The indoor pool, located on the second floor, is very pleasant: heated, clean, with a well-maintained hammam area. There's also an outdoor pool, but I wasn't able to use it due to the weather.

Overall, my stay was very satisfactory. It's a true 5-star hotel, meeting European standards—which is quite rare in Turkey.

Our evening at Diba Bar was truly wonderful, thanks to the amazing service from Enes and Yetkin. Their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the experience unforgettable.

The bar already stands out with its stunning Moscow skyline view, but Enes’s warm approach and Yetkin’s attention to detail took everything to the next level. We felt completely comfortable and well cared for throughout the night.

If you visit Diba Bar, make sure to meet Enes and Yetkin — their great energy and hospitality turn a nice evening into a truly memorable one!
