The only thing I didn't like was the air conditioning unit in my room, which was a bit weak and the room got very hot at midday. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would stay there again.
1. The air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature in the room. The waiter has set it uniformly on the computer downstairs. When communicating, the service attitude is very arrogant
2. The curtains in the room are not closed tightly. I can't sleep before 5 o'clock every day
3. The wifi coverage is very poor. I communicated by phone many times and communicated in person. They said that they could change the room but they were very reluctant. But when I went to change the room that day, the waiter lied that there was no vacancy. I asked them to help me solve the Wi-Fi problem. It was not necessary to change the room. The manager came up and admitted that there was indeed no Wi-Fi and changed the vacant room. Haha, where did the vacant room come from?
4. The sanitation is not good. The bathroom is not clean. It is cleaned every day. Sometimes water is provided and sometimes not. The room facilities are old. It is next to the road and very noisy. There is a tall waiter at the front desk with a very bad service attitude. Because of the above unpleasant stay, I asked to leave the hotel early. The hotel righteously refused. In short, I will not come again. There are many hotels nearby. I suggest that if you don’t want to be like me, please avoid it.
