We arranged our wedding ceremony in this place . It was exactly what we agreed. The atmosphere was wonderful , everything was very well organized and the service was presented on time. The food was delicious and the owner of the place was there during the ceremony to control everything. All of us (we as family and our guests were happy and left with wonderfull memories. This was the first in my life to take their positive comment about the ceremony . Until today there were always someones ready to give negative feedback about wedding organizations:) thanks to Mr Kemal and their team for everything.

Perfect location, nice garden and beautiful, calm place. Good for isolation and nice for those who enjoy nature. We've been there as a group, i lived the kitchen and staff, we didn't stay for the night. Prices are little high (as everywhere nowadays) but chief made it worth

The hotel was nice but expensive, and there is a worker his name is Yahya who was so rude!

We attended a private event and we have nothing but great things to say about everyone. We were taken cared of in an amazing fashion. Everyone was extremely polite and the food was every day of top quality.

We had a staff seminar with more than 60 participants for 2 days in this great place. From accomodation to meeting facilities everything was very well thought through, practical and comfortable. Hotel rooms were cosy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Meeting room was big enough for our group and we enjoyed the team building activities we did just outside the meeting room on a large green garden. Breakfast, lunch and dinner has been served very nicely…all yummy… high quality meat , chicken, Turkish sausage worth trying:-) Different types of cheese, olives and jam from all around Turkey made our group very happy. I also recommend the Barbecue that we tried last day! Quality of the service makes a big difference…It has been a great seminar! If you have a chance try this place for a private weekend stay or a group activity like ours… If you are lucky with the weather, you can enjoy one of the 2 swimming pools surrounded by colourful roses ☺️

We spent the weekend at Riva’s for a private event and were amazed by the quality of service, the good food, the kind owner and amazingly helpful staff. If you have a pet, the place is a heaven for them, too (They even have a pet hotel). Will definitely visit again in spring. If you want to plan an exclusive private event, you should definitely consider Riva’s.

One of the Places we often visit in Ömerli. except the days they have Wedding, they serve good quality and customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend you call Riva's Club before you go there for the availaibility. They have also dog Training Center in the Club.

It’s a good place to relax and clear your mind.. i have always believed that good and satisfying services don’t necessarily need professional servants but need nice and helpful ones. In this place you are gonna miss some of this except some exceptions.
I stayed two nights , in the second night i met Mr. Seyhun who is kind of responsible of the hotel when he comes.
He was very nice and helpful and once he showed up in the hotel everything had changed, things i ordered became faster to come and the way i like it. And the servants became more helpful and trying to understand what i really wanted and needed.

Great place for brunch. Has a big garden and a decent size pool. Good quality food with lots of choices on the open buffet breakfast. Place has bungalows to stay. They running a pet hotel next door as well.
