Erta Soyak Hotel

We chose the hotel to stay within the scope of our Uludag trip for the first time. First of all, the area required during the winter holiday is unfortunately not very satisfactory as a facility. We went with the concept of all inclusive, and the end and brewing of the tea at five o'clock in the evening, the same thing at breakfast, is completely unplanned. The rooms were not cleaned in two days. The food is partially delicious, but the number of plates and glasses is insufficient, so it is uncomfortable to wash them and reuse them one by one. We did not expect a high-end hotel, we are aware of this, but we think as frequent travelers that this incomplete and non-provided service I mentioned above should at least be in it for the 3500,-TL we paid for two nights. I say it is a facility that will not be preferred for a second time.
