the hotel is very outdated, the furniture is broken and dirty. the room smells of smokers. the windows are dirty. the staff hardly speak english. breakfast is also not good. is it really a premium hotel?

Very nice style of hotel. Rooms are equiped with old fashioned furniture. It looks very luxorious. Breakfast was also good.

We had some issues with lights but hotel stuff solved it imediately.

Had to stay for a night out of necessity, turns out it was great. Will be my first choice next time I go to Adana.

Beautiful hotel with stunning period reproduction furniture. The staff were friendly and spoke English which was helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Very good for the price. Breakfast was as expected from a Turkish hotel. Only down side was the sheets weren't big enough to fit the super king bed, so they rode up in the night and no fresh juice for breakfast. Fun to feel like an Ottoman princess for the night 🤣

Ok hotel. Only one person on the staff spoke English. No air con in the room. No restaurant to eat dinner so have to go out. The room service food is not recommended.
Beds were comfortable and room in general very nice. Bathroom also clean and nice.
