The Hotel came in its years but it is still a good choiche to stay in Adana. You are directly in the City and the Staff knows us well because we came a lot there. For this Price it is the best Hotel in Adana!

First the hotel is not 5 stars it is 2 at most 3 in my eyes after a lot of traveling. Bed set broken, big need of renovation breakfast only one type of meat to choose in the morning no cakes, only powder coffee, elevator that does not work in the morning then goes efm/night . not . bad lighting from 7 to 8 floor . No one could speak English. No change on watermelon and grapes only all week .Close to the shop and restaurants and cafes

Absolutely Garbage Hotel, Garage Crowded and room not modern very old and bathroom smelled Very much and our room was next to generator worst hotel ever, there was 2 plug spots for charging and no enough lights in the room such a dogshit hotel do not book.

The pictures of the toilet published online are not accurate.
Some parts of the hotel are underconstruction.
The pool is very good.
All reception stuff don't speak english, it was very hard to communicate.

Absolutely awful…. Had to cancel due to emergency illness and they rudely took no notice and didn’t even consider the situation. Continued to charge for full amount which did not help our situation as we were in another country and lost our flights too. NOT WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM A HOTEL OF YOUR STANDARD. Would expect a little better CUSTOMER CARE AND CONSIDERATION
