The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The air conditioner was good. Great Downtown location. Great value for the money. A nearby parking paid by the hotel.

This hotel is inexpensive and centrally located in Adana. However, the room facilities are old and smell of cigarettes. And yet, the scores are unnaturally high.

Centrally-located hotel in Adana. The air con was not great and the noise from the main street was a definite distraction. Desk staff were helpful but the catering staff at breakfast seemed overkeen to clear away things as soon as time was up! Overall, still a good stay.

The first time I stayed in a hotel, I encountered that a double room can only accommodate one person, and two people have to pay the price difference. The platform did not show that I had to pay the price difference when I booked, and it did not say that I had to pay the price difference when I checked in. When I checked out, they would not let us leave and asked us to pay the price difference. I was very angry. It was clear that they were cheating Chinese people.
