I cannot fault this hotel everything about it was good from service to facilities and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is not too bad. Rooms are nice, the cleanness depends on the cleaning staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were truly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everyone on the staff was attentive, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet is an absolute must — great variety and delicious food. A true 5-star experience and highly recommended if you’re staying in Adana.

The hotel exuded charm and elegance, staff were amazing, especially the young ladies at the reception offering warm and thoughtful dinner recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. The pool, Hammam, and sauna provided moments of serene relaxation. We were fortunate to spend four wonderful nights here, where every detail was impeccable. Our experience was only slightly marred by the loud music on the final evening, but this was a small note in what was otherwise a flawless stay. A truly five-star experience, in every sense.

They are really friend and Helpful. the rooms are good clean and the services are good! the employee helpen you with parking the car. I’m Miss something and that is Child play area the rest is good. Everyday with a smile! swimming pool is clean and enough gym equipment. breakfast food is nice

Very nice hotel, with exceptional staff who make the experience very easy and enjoyable. There are many amenities like restaurants and shops nearby. There is a spa attached which has a free gym swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are 2 restaurants attached including a pub which serves very nice drinks.

The room and spa facilities were nice. Emre was also very kind - but we didn't feel welcome at all. The receptionist was rude and seemed biased. Maybe we didn't look like the usual clientele, but the fact is that we still paid for a five star hotel. The service was rude from check in to check out. We were asked countless times whether we were in fact staying at the hotel. Very odd and narrow minded people - are you only welcome if you are wearing business attire? Not coming back.
