Everything was excellent and truly five star quality. We even received a welcome gift with the choice of a cocktail or beer, which was a very nice touch.
The breakfast was very rich with a wide selection and something for everyone. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms were spacious and very clean, equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. Nothing was missing.
Absolutely recommended.

The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly.
The young ladies, Ecem and Nuray, served us with genuine kindness and warm smiles, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
Although the guest room could use some updating, especially the bathroom, which would benefit from a bit of renovation.
This hotel Gym has more equipment than most commercial gym but need clean & organized.

First time staying here. Great atmosphere and very well located in case you need to go some hot-spots of the city, kind of like 15-20 min away everywhere.
Front desk personnel check you all the time and make sure that you have what you need. Housekeeping lady is also amazing and helpful.
We will be back for sure when we are in the city next year. Thank you all for great hospitality and kindness.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, far superior to other options nearby. Being right by the river makes for a really pleasant environment.

We were given a complimentary coffee on arrival which was lovely and enjoyed our stay at the Adana HiltonSA. We had a slightly noisy fridge that wasn't really very cold, but everything else was good. The beds were comfortable and service was particularly outstanding. Kübra looked after us in the breakfast area and Tugba kept our room fresh and clean. There's a shopping mall within easy walking distance along with an historic bridge which leads to a number of known landmarks

The room was great, the service was excellent, and it was convenient for getting around. The view from the room was great; geese flew past the window, and you could also see the Burj Al Arab and the Mosque.

I stayed at Adana HiltonSA for two nights in October and had a great experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of fresh and local options, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location offers beautiful views of the river and the famous Sabancı Mosque, which is a great bonus.
The only downside was that the outdoor pool was quite cold, even though the weather was still warm, so it wasn’t very comfortable for swimming. Other than that, everything was impressive — a very good stay that I would gladly repeat.
