I recently stayed at Sheraton Adana for a four-night business trip, and I felt genuinely well taken care of throughout my stay. What stood out the most was the remarkable attention and outstanding friendliness of the entire staff. From the reception to the restaurant team and housekeeping, everyone was consistently warm, helpful, and attentive.
I was also truly impressed by the hotel’s flexibility in accommodating individual requests. Whether it was adjusting room preferences, handling spontaneous changes at breakfast, or assisting with small day-to-day needs, everything was managed quickly, smoothly, and with a great attitude.
After four nights, I can confidently say that Sheraton Adana is not only a comfortable and well-located hotel, but also a place where genuine hospitality is lived every day. I will gladly return on my next business trip.

We booked 2 rooms in late October. One was for my mother in law one for us. And receptionist gave room with view and balcony (with dj party and city view) while we had room with simple view and without balcony. Old woman couldn’t sleep because of noice and we were bored. 😂

One of my most disappointing Sheraton experiences.
I stay at Marriott properties frequently, but this visit to the Sheraton Grand Adana was extremely disappointing.
I arrived after several long days on a motorcycle trip through Iraq. Admittedly, I wasn’t dressed for business and didn’t pull up in a luxury car, but it was obvious the level of welcome here depended on appearances.
To make matters worse, I was told that due to a “security rule,” motorcycles are not allowed to park in the hotel’s secure front area where cars are parked. Instead, I was instructed to leave my bike outside in a public lot. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world, and this is the first one unwilling to keep my motorcycle safe.
When I asked to speak with the Front Office Manager, I waited an hour and was told he was unavailable. The General Manager was also not available. Eventually, I was directed to the HR Manager, who admitted this rule was beyond his authority. After a long day of riding, I had no choice but to ride back into the city to buy a heavier chain to secure my bike.
This lack of hospitality and support from management was disappointing and unworthy of the Sheraton brand. Sheraton Grand Adana — not cool.

Lovely place to stay at. One of the staff really tried to sell the higher priced rooms by saying they dont have those rooms available, so we booked it on booking for lower price. And then he was forced to give us the as it was available. That was a bit annoying but the next morning when I wanted to extend, the other staff was very helpful and gave us even cheaper.

Fabulous hotel. Great food. Staff accommodating. Beautiful vistas. The grounds are beautiful. All the amenities you could want are here. Highly recommend and I will be back.
