The shower was broken, the toilet was malfunctioning,
We never opened the mini-bar and don't know what was inside. The reception said the mini-bar was completely empty, we said we didn't know, and single-use items were missing.

The breakfast room and breakfast were wonderful, the room size was nice, and the bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

I booked this for my family, not for myself. They said the bathroom was very simple. For this price, you can stay in a five-star hotel in China. I hope the price will drop in the future.

My room has a sea view, the view is great

It is right on a very busy road and gets noisy with traffic. The refrigerator cabinet door was missing and that was lighting the room at night

The overall environment is OK. I am quite satisfied. The front desk English is poor. They don't issue invoices. I have asked them but they haven't given them yet.

Cook is a hotel that I am satisfied with. The friendly staff is very caring... I would like to thank Emre Yener who helped me during my visit and Mehmet Vargin who took great care of me. And thanks to Nuray for her support at the reception. I'll come again!!
