Noax Hotel in Mersin

This hotel could be so much more! The staff are super helpful and the location is prime for Mersin. Unfortunately it isn't quite 3 star, not to mention the 5 star it claims. The swimming pool is empty and the restaurants are both closed. The fire alarm sounds randomly and you never know if it's a real alarm. The AC units in the room don't work and your key card will lose its data so when you manage to get to your room door it won't work. Which means a trip downstairs to the reception where they'll rescan your card and tell you it'll last until the end of the month (a couple of days). The view is..... well I'll let the photos tell you.
So having a response from the front desk about the fire alarm sounding they said it was just testing.
24/03/26 the fire alarm went off between 17:00 & 23:00 3 to 4 times every hour!!!!!!!!!!!

The shower was broken, the toilet was malfunctioning,
We never opened the mini-bar and don't know what was inside. The reception said the mini-bar was completely empty, we said we didn't know, and single-use items were missing.

The breakfast room and breakfast were wonderful, the room size was nice, and the bed was very comfortable.

It is right on a very busy road and gets noisy with traffic. The refrigerator cabinet door was missing and that was lighting the room at night
