Reviews
We booked this hotel for three nights, and I swear I could barely sleep for even a few hours the entire stay.
The room was dirty, the lighting was dim and strained the eyes, the ventilation was terrible, and the walls were damp with humidity.
The mattress was completely worn out from overuse — you literally have to sleep with a bent back. The bed smelled awful, the sheet was torn and filthy, and we had to buy our own mattress cover because we couldn’t bring ourselves to lie on that unhygienic bed.
The pillows were old and hard, causing neck stiffness. I even caught a severe cold because I couldn’t use the disgusting blanket!
I honestly wonder if the hotel owner himself would sleep on such a terrible bed — how can he expect his guests to do so?
As for the breakfast buffet, it was the worst I’ve ever had in my life!
The boiled eggs were overcooked to the point the yolks turned green — clearly, the chef has no idea how harmful that is!
The vegetables weren’t fresh, and the cheese was left uncovered and exposed to air until it became dry and rubbery.
My husband got food poisoning and suffered from severe diarrhea for two days — I don’t know whether it was from unwashed vegetables or expired milk.
The hotel’s location is also terrible — it’s in a noisy neighborhood where cars honk nonstop until dawn. And to make things worse, on our last night we heard continuous gunfire late at night!
The only positive thing about this hotel was a restaurant staff member named yusuf who was kind and professional.
Other than that, this hotel doesn’t even deserve one star!
Adana is a beautiful city, but we couldn’t enjoy it at all because of our horrible experience here.
My advice: Don’t waste a single cent on this place!
This hotel doesn’t even deserve to be rated one star — I have no idea how it was ever classified as a four-star hotel!
Electric keeps going off in our rooms. we kept asking for technician
The noises from nearby rooms are heard , I guess it's bad insulation
The hotel is still maintaining the 90s-style
Worth $30-$40 a night with breakfast
Me personally, Never again
