I love the look of inside and out of the hotel. We were on the last floor and could see the city it's beautiful.

The hospitality was amazing, friendly staff and clean rooms. The staff made me feel right at home, I would stay here again :)

We visited this hotel at the end of September 2024, we were greeted in a friendly manner and checked in, English was spoken very well. We were asked if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room, we wanted a non-smoking room and not facing the street at the front, so we got room 801. The room was very nice and nicely furnished. The bathroom was also very nice. Unfortunately the windows were poorly insulated, so you could still hear noise, hence the star deduction, on top of that the internet is very slow, only had 2mbit in the evening, sometimes 10 in the morning. However, a VPN was possible, which is now hardly possible in Turkey. Breakfast is very good and service very courteous, commendable. Would choose the hotel again if we come to Adana again. It was quite expensive at just under 65eu 2500TL.

Pros and cons
Everything was great from the room to the excellent breakfast. The only negative issue was the faulty refrigerator. Upon reporting the issue to the reception, cold water was brought to the room and that's it.

Passing through on holiday. It was an easy check in, room was lovely with all the little extras if we needed (soap, coffee, shower cap etc..) Friendly front desk as well. Close to airport was helpful.
