The following are minor things that need attention:
Leaking door formed pool of water in our room. They helped alot to contain it. They were going to seal it in the dry weather
General worn feel with many small faults.
Shower leaking
Lift stopped working for 2 days. We were pensioners on 7th floor. They had to change a lift door.

Breakfast was varied and filling and enjoyable although the tea area was always flooding and the brown bread finished quickly.
Staff were excellent
Location was good, not too near the main road but within walking distance too beach.
Parking is on street. No netflix or similar. There was no light on the balcony, it had been removed as the wires were visible.
A new sofa set was put in while we were there and the coffee table made a big difference.
The big question is would I come back. YES, absolutely. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

This is an honest review of our stay.

We booked the family room with the sofas and 2 rooms. For 2 people. The reason we booked this was because of the sofa so we can hang out and sit and be comfortable. Upon entering the room we noticed there was no sofa and the room was not as advertised. We arrived late so we thought we can query this in the morning.

When speaking to the staff in the morning they said the pictures on booking.com were old and the room we booked does not have sofas. The staff were unable to help as that's the next room up. We argued that the photos were the reason we booked the room but nothing was done about it. This wasn't what we paid for. We were extremely unhappy about this so please be aware.

Secondly, there was no iron although this was mentioned in the booking but when we enquired about the iron they said there were none available so we had to buy our own without any reimbursement.

The shower is hot and cold and you can never get a good temperature out of it. In the evening they shut off the hot water supply so you only get lukewarm at best.

Thirdly, we requested a sea view balcony view. We were put on the first floor. There wasn't much of a view.

Fourth point was the breakfast. This was a massive disappointment. There was a lack of variety and meat selection at breakfast. This was the worst thing about the stay. The food was near inedible. There are local shops nearby but we paid for breakfast and this was a real poor attempt. They had a ton of salad without much else available.

Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. They need to up the basics of the hotel."

I have a ongoing complaint with the hotel which they have not responded to at the moment. I have a dispute through booking.com and I have messaged the hotel the self. I have even tried to ring the hotel. But no response.

I generally have low expectations and just want to be comfortable and cool. I was really disappointed, compared to the hospitality and kindness of other places and people I encountered in my time in Türkiye. The staff (except for the lady who checked me in) were not very friendly or professional. The electricity in my room kept shorting, the room was falling apart and dirty (e.g. the shower doors were just left off its hinges and couldn’t close, so the bathroom flooded every time I showered), the hotel itself and the exterior was run down, unkept and crowded with bags of laundry and rubbish. The wifi didn’t work most of the time. The walls are paper thin and I could clearly hear my neighbour’s conversations throughout day and night. They seem to let people use the pool all night - screaming and splashing around loudly. Although a small price was paid - it was not worth a cent. It is in a good location, quiet and very close to the beach and to some good dining options but a fair walk from the city centre.

The rooms are normal, air conditioners, washing machine are a big plus, but the best thing is the location, the sea can be seen from the window, approx. 150m

Very close to the beach boardwalk. The living room is very big with nice ocean view. It’s worth to pay extra 25 euros per day upgrade. Breakfast is also very good.

You get what you pay for... almost. There is no modern TV, so no Netflix only Turkish programs.
The kitchen has barely any equipment. We had no glasses only 2 small cups. No pan, no scissors, no big knife...
The elevator didn't work one day.
The staff is kind but lazy. Breakfast is always random... pancakes, sausages, fries, coffee, jam, salad is sometimes just not there.... like every third day you get great lemonade. If there are no knives or cups nobody will get more, you will have to ask. The best i got one day is the photo.
The pool is fine, half the day it's completely in the shade from the building position. The restaurant is overpriced and with low grade food.
4/10. Wouldn't really recommend unless you're on a tight budget.

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Despite calling ahead to ensure a fully equipped kitchen, it was far from what was promised. The kitchen lacked essential items like a kettle, cooking utensils, and proper cutlery. The staff tried to accommodate our requests but fell short, leaving us unable to cook proper meals.

Additionally, the noise at night was unbearable, as loud music played well past midnight. The breakfast service was equally disappointing, with depleted options and staff prioritizing themselves over guests. The coffee machine was broken and dirty, and the staff had no clue how to use it.

Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I highly recommend avoiding it.

The receptionist Natalia was very professional and friendly unfortunately she wasn’t there later on. I sincerely hope that she finds success elsewhere, as this hotel certainly does not deserve her talents.

First, the pros: a really nice modern interior, obviously quite a fresh renovation. Kitchen, washing machine, lots of cabinets. The fridge is large and clean, enough dishes and utensils for cooking, in principle. Microwaves were very lacking, but in Turkey they are few where for some reason. Breakfast - buffet, very modest, but it is quite possible to find something for yourself: cheeses, eggs, herbs, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, pastries. Coffee from a coffee machine, strong Turkish tea, iced lemonade. Very close to the beach - just a couple of minutes walk to the water. The beach is pebbly with showers and changing cabins. Public toilets a few hundred meters along the promenade. The street is pretty quiet. Nearby there are restaurants and shops with food and beach things. Bus stop, which is very close on the promenade - there goes only one number, about once every half an hour. Doesn't stop unless you stand with your arm up. Sees people at the bus stop, but goes by! It is comfortable in m-migros. But the bulk of the buses run along the streets that are higher from the sea. The nearest street is 5 minutes away, the main boulevard is 15 minutes uphill. Everything is not easy there either - drivers fill the buses according to unknown rules, they just take a couple of people from the bus stop, and the rest are refused)) although the buses are not full. Returning to the hotel by public transport is also not very convenient, especially with children, late at night, or in the rain. You have to walk a good kilometer. What surprised me at the hotel Not pleasant: There is a washing machine (everything is in Turkish, they couldn’t turn it on without Google), but there is NO dryer or even an elementary rope on the balcony. Always in the apartment there is a residue of powder from past guests, or at least one capsule for the first time, a lighter or matches (a gas stove without electric ignition), a kitchen towel even a tiny one, salt, damn it! There is NOTHING here. more precisely, everything was collected by the maid in a bag, and she took it after our check-in 🤦🏻‍♀️ Well, where do you need so much salt! Each tenant buys a kilogram (I couldn’t find less in the surrounding shops), each guest buys matches and ties a rope to the balcony. Well, why do you take it all out of the room every time?! These household trifles in a foreign city on vacation take a lot of time to search and spoil the mood. There were no glasses and corkscrews in the apartments. They asked for glasses at the bar, bought a corkscrew. Normal wine, by the way, is hard to find in Turkey. In migros only, in small shops only local - not very much. Fen. Was in the description. But he wasn't. Asked and waited 3 days. It was installed in the bathroom WITHOUT a plug, pieces of bare wires that go under the outlet ((not very safe. But it helps from thieves for sure))) Sockets are a separate song. There are a lot of them in the room, but two or three of them worked in the most inconvenient places. On the second evening of our stay, we came and found a huge puddle on the floor. And this is clearly not uncommon, because all the laminate in the living room and in the bedroom has huge gaps and is humpbacked. The receptionist spread his hands, wiped everything with toilet paper and p
