Livia Residence in Antalya

We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay for our first holiday in Turkey. The apartment had everything we wanted. On top of that, the staff was super friendly. They were helpful with practical things, but more importantly, they made us feel very welcome.

The apartment was perfect for us. Fully equipped with everything we needed (including airconditioning!). The poolside was nice to relax at. Pool itself was clean and not busy at all (we were there in May).

City center was easy to reach, about a 30-45 min bus ride. Also lots of e-scooters etc. available nearby and a taxi hub about 50 meters or so away. Plent of restaurants in the area.

All in all, this accommodation absolutely deserves 5 stars. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay in Turkey and for making our holiday a richer, more pleasant and memorable experience because of your kindness!

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at during my travels! The rooms are cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly suited even for long stays. The location is super convenient, and the prices are very reasonable.

But what truly sets this place apart is the incredibly kind and responsive staff. They went above and beyond to help me in some very unusual situations - like when I had to leave for multi-day tours across Turkey, they kindly stored my things, paused the booking, and made everything seamless. That kind of care is rare and truly priceless.

They also supported me when I got sick and needed to change my reservation at the last minute - they handled everything with such understanding and speed.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, and genuine hospitality!

We stayed at Livia Luxury Apart Hotel in Antalya and it was fantastic. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. 
The apartments are modern, spacious and fully equipped with kitchen, balcony and comfortable living area.

We booked our accommodation via Airbnb, where the apartment was listed as “Studyo Delux Daire.” Unfortunately, we initially had some trouble finding it, since the actual building is signed as “Livia Luxury Apart Hotel.” It would definitely be helpful to include this name in the Airbnb description.

Other than that, we were completely satisfied – with the staff, the room, the cleanliness and the location. Everything was perfect. Many thanks to Pinar and the team. We’ll be happy to come back!

The location is superb only five minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants. The apartment we rent was very clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a short stay with jacuzzi and a dining table in the trace! The staff is very friendly and responsive. Looking forward to coming back to it.

Very peaceful, not noisy and fully air-conditioned. Also comes with a nice swimming pool which everyone loved. I will highly recommend these apartments. Much better than staying in big hotels we had all the facilities for us.
A big thanks to all the staff and they also arranged a convenient transfer for us for the airport. Nighy shift staff was also very helpful and welcoming. 😊👏

Very pleasant room and respectful staff, this deserves a few extra stars

A very nice place, super close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets. It’s a really nice apartment newly built and fresh. The pool has sun all day and the hotel-team is super nice.

First time in Antalya best place I have stayed at Mustang Suite Otel for £480, this was for 8 nights. Staff were friendly and quick to your service. Antalya is a safe place, but safety wise as show on the first picture closed area monitored by member of staff. Landed after midnight and this wasn't an issue as someone is at the front desk 24/7.

Cleanness of both rooms, areas and pool 10/10. My room was provided with fridge, freezer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, iron, toiletries and towels everything felt new to how clean it was. The beds were clean and so comfy 10/10. Location wise central to all places 5mins walk away from the beach, 5mins away from supermarket, Depending on which restaurants/ local shops 5/10 minute or more walks.

Taxis available like never tomorrow 7days a week 24/7, Taxi calling button service outside of the main door. Most importantly Internet was fast and working very well. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again thanks to the staff !!!
